Disappointed in how the Royal Caribbean gift cards work. The information should be disclosed prior to purchasing. My cruise was already paid for and now I can't use the gift card.

prezzee will not help if trouble with brand card

i swapped prezzee credits for an eddie bauer card. eddie bauer (an american staple) filed chapter 11, closed its stores and now i cannot use my card. i asked prezzee multiple times to "re-swap" back to prezzee credits so i could shop with a different brand. they refused because the transaction had completed! so now i am left with a useless $100 eddie bauer card (i cannot use my e gift card at checkout, and i cannot get help from customer service). so, heads up: prezee does not have its customers' back. if a prezee customer makes a swap and has trouble using the brand card, prezzee's stance is that it's not prezee's issue to resolve. the customer is simply SOL. pretty bad business practice.

Great customer service …

My customer service experience was great. I did not receive an email to the link with my gift card because my email storage was full. I reached out to customer service and the representative was great.He solved my issues very quickly and efficiently, and he was very professional. I am highly satisfied.

I love PREZZEE

I love PREZZEE. It stores all your gift cards that you buy from them in the app and it’s so easy to find which one you need and to get the gift card balances when you need customer service they’re very responsive very quick. I’ve got quite a few gift cards from them.
