I had been trying to resolve an issue with my gift card and spoke with several different agents, but unfortunately no one was able to help me or provide a clear solution.
Then I was assisted by Andy B, and the experience was completely different. Andy was extremely professional, patient, and truly dedicated to helping me solve the problem. He took the time to understand the situation and made sure everything was handled properly.
Thanks to Andy B, my issue was resolved, my refund was processed, and my Afterpay payments were canceled. I really appreciate the effort and care he put into helping me.
Andy B is by far the best support agent I interacted with, and I’m very grateful for his help. Thank you again!
