I required assistance in recovering missing gift cards from my wallet @ Prezzee. After much frustration dealing with the A.I. chat, I requested an agent. Almost immediately Marco introduced himself and quickly assessed that I was not a happy camper! He wisely just listened instead of charging in like the calvary. He then asked me certain questions that were to the point and pertinent. He located the missing gift cards and restored them to my wallet. Then sent me a pdf for the one I needed. Unlike 4 months ago when I had to deal with this same scenario. $150 gift card just vanished. I was told that I was basically "out of luck". In this day of "It's not my problem" it's nice to see that there are still some Customer service agents like Marco ready to step up to the plate when required.
