Non faccio in tempo a mettere nel carrello qualche vestito, andare a ricaricare la carta, che passa un ora costano il doppio IO NON COMPRO PIÙ NIENTE, un top scontato a 12€ o 8€ dopo un ora costa 21€ 26€ non si è mai vista una cosa del genere e compro su ogni sito, soprattutto asos che ha la vostra marca ma gestisce con correttezza

Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Dopo aver speso quasi 100 euro, mi rendo conto di aver fatto il peggior errore. I prodotti non sono affatto come descritti o come le foto che ci sono. Per fare un reso bisogna aspettare 50 giorni, e in più 25 euro. Non comprerò mai più su questo sito!

Due to the current pandemic it may not be safe to return items at a post office so we've extended our returns deadlines to accommodate this.
Returns costs are not covered outside of the UK and Ireland at present, but this may change as we grow as a company.

I've taken a look into this for you and see the wrong delivery country was selected, so the order was returned to us by the courier.
The items were refunded back to the card used to originally pay for the order on 08/04/20 and will be showing back in the account.
If you would like the items, you can order them again from our website. You can check to make sure you are on the Euro version of the website using the flag at the top of the website.

Sorry to hear the order didn't go through. This can happen for a variety of different reasons.
Please could you make sure you're on the correct version of the website, so you're charged in the same currency as your account by clicking on the flag at the top of the website.
It can also happen if there's a delay between getting the code and entering the website, as the payment can time out on our website.
Alternatively, you can pay for the order using PayPal and the order should go through smoother.

Salve, ho ordinato esattamente una settimana fa da oggi e dopo solo 4 giorni mi è arrivata la mail che il mio pacco è stato spedito e il numero per poterlo rintracciare. Rientro per controllare qualche giorno dopo e il pacco risulta ancora in preparazione. L'arrivo è previsto per il 17 non ho fretta di riceverlo, ma volevo solo capire perché lo stato del mio pacco è cambiato e non è più rintracciabile. Grazie
