Great product, well made and great price.

Terrible terrible customer service - contacted 3 times via email and over the phone for some tracking information on my order. Waiting for a reply.

Rogue company charging v high and unreasonable 'restocking fees' for returns - one to avoid at all costs. Against legal protections in place for consumers and at penalty and arbitrary rates (20%) without clear guidance on the website (but buried within the terms and conditions).

I never thought I’d describe a tap as beautiful but this is a thing of beauty. Bought it in nickel and the finish is lovely. Delighted with it and the price too which was by far the lowest we could find.

Great service at a very competitive price. Communication was excellent. My order had to be sourced from 2 different suppliers and was going to arrive in 2 deliveries and they contacted me to let me know. Would definitely use again.

Easy to order, good price. however tap that was on 8 to 12 week lead time turned up in 1 week! Had bought temporary tap which never needed...

Was so excited when our Perrin and Rowe taps arrived, we was not disappointed in the quality and quickness of your service.
We are still waiting for work tops to be fitted, but we have every confidence that they will look fantastic in our new kitchen

Ordered a Gessi tap. it arrived damaged. when looking at the packaging, its clear it had been open before i got it (manufacturers seals broken) and its likely that somebody had damaged it and returned it. packaging internally had signs of damage and dropped.

good news is that a few days later i had a perfect replacement sent to me and the courier collected the damaged tap.

AVOID!!! Shocking service. Ordered some taps and realised I had ordered the wrong ones - called instantly and told to refuse delivery which I did. Been chasing a refund for nearly 3 weeks - told it was in the ware house and I would get my money back, still nothing so chased again and got another email saying they can’t find the taps and the delivery driver didn’t put delivery refused so still no refund. We aren’t talking pennies either. The amount of chasing and calling that I have had to do is terrible and I’m getting no answers or help!! AVOID, AVOID!!!

I Ordered a set of Perrin and Rowe bib taps
I was told it would take 12 weeks to receive them, 6 weeks after placing the order I received an email from DHL saying my parcel has been delivered, we contacted DHL to find out what was meant to have been delivered because we didn't receive anything, they said the sender is who I would need to contact DF sales ltd, contacted DF sales ltd explained my circumstances and then was told it was premium taps, we didn't receive email notification to let us know our order has been processed and sent, and they explained that the delivery driver had sent them 200m from my address and someone has signed for them, I have DF sales ltd over a dozen times and they claim to be in contact with DHL trying to resolve the problem but still no further forward I placed the order in September 2018 we are now on the 10th of may 2019, still not being acknowledged by the company they never call me back when they say they're supposed to I've requested copy of delivery signature with no look, I've filled out forms to acknowledge I have not received the goods for the delivery company but still no further forward, absolutely disgusting the way we have been treated, I am going to have to seek legal advice and speak with trading standards it's the only thing I can think of now.

Everything you would hope for from a premium service apart from the premium price!
Delivery was very prompt and the original box was simply wrapped in paper, not another unnecessary box.

I bought a Perrin and Rowe mixer tap online from Premium Taps for our kitchen makeover project. Best price available anywhere and it arrived promptly. Very pleased with the tap and with the service from Premium Taps.

Product was absolutely fine, however when I ordered it said standard delivery 4 days. After 2 weeks I rang to see where my order was and was told it wasn’t in stock and would be another 3 weeks and I should have been advised. It did eventually arrive within 10 days. If it wasn’t for the fact I’d had a job finding the product I would’ve cancelled the order.

First I've ordered from you because I needed the item delivered ASAP, which you advertise. Your next day delivery, doesn't even come close to the that. I've placed the order on Thursday afternoon, I do understand, that because it's the afternoon you won't be able do deliver it on Friday, but telling me it's going to come on Tuesday or Wednesday next week doesn't count in my opinion as a next day delivery.
