I recently took delivery of my new Range Rover Defender, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was truly exceptional throughout the process. Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Charlotte!

Communication was excellent at every stage, and they kept me fully informed right up to delivery day. When I collected the vehicle, everything was presented perfectly and explained in detail, which made the handover feel really special.

The new Defender is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the level of service I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium buying experience.

Outstanding Service – Elliot Made It Easy!
I can’t thank Elliot enough for his incredible help in finding me the perfect car on finance. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely committed to making sure I got the best deal that suited both my needs and my budget.
What really stood out was how patient and approachable he was throughout the entire process. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. It felt like I was working with a trusted friend rather than a salesperson.

I recently bought a car from this company and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish everything was quick, efficient, and handled professionally. The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress free.

What really stood out was that their support didn’t stop once I drove away, they continued to help with things after I got the car, which shows they genuinely care about their customers. I want to personally thank Millie and Charlotte for all their support.

Have now had 4 business vehicles from Premier and can’t recommend them highly enough. Elliot is so easy to deal with and is always able to understand what we need. Cars all delivered on time and in immaculate condition and Charlotte is fab at keeping us up to date with the orders. A seamless experience end to end and just one less thing to deal with as a business owner which makes all the difference.

Enquired about a car through Instagram and got a follow up very quickly.
