Premier Vehicle Group Ltd Recensioni

Being totally new to car leasing I had a lot to learn. Elliot was top notch. He listened to what I was after and what I liked and disliked about cars. He made alternative suggestions when the initial car I wanted had a long order time and I ended up falling in love with one of those suggestions. I initially raised my query at the start of December and I’m sat with a brand new very shiny vehicle on my drive 3 days before Christmas. He answered the large volume of random questions from me throughout the process with knowledge expertise and a sense of humour. He also followed up after delivery and first drive to ensure everything was good. I felt very well looked after, going through a totally new process!

Yet another A1 experience from end to end from Premier Vehicle Group. Elliott & Charlotte in there were consummate professionals all the way through and are a credit to the business. Yet another car added to the business car fleet (Range Rover) and a seamless journey all the way through. Thank you Folks

Cannot recommend Elliott enough - been to a few dealerships but Elliott showed us what it should be like buying a premium vehicle. Always on hand, answered EVERY single question and was more than happy to go that bit further each and every time. When I'm in the market for a new car, they'll be who I turn to first!

Sourced, funded and delivered within a week!

Bought a Mercedes E Class in October, professional service and great communication throughout the entire process. Both Charlotte and Elliott were very responsive and lovely to deal with. The car is immaculate, encountered very minor issues with the car and the team sorted them out free of charge. Great service and beautiful cars.

Taken delivery of my new car, Premier went the extra mile in sourcing the vehicle and also completed a two bar fitment prior to its delivery.

The process was managed directly with no need for me to be involved in negotiations or delivery arrangements.

Great service

Good comms throughout - car was prepped well with no issues. Good experience.

This was the 3rd time getting a car from PVG and 2nd time with Millie. Absolute breeze and very easy process. Took every slight worry / hassle / problems away from me and delivered everything that I asked for and on time! Would most definitely recommend to anyone and use again!

You simply have to use this buisness for your next car purchase ! They literally go way above ! over and beyond .. the level of service is ridiculous, the whole process from start to finish was seamless. The personal care and attention is first class from the first point of contact to delivery I just couldn’t fault them Millie and Charlotte excel at their jobs . I needed to get a car to the other end of the UK and they didn’t disappoint. Empathy and 💯 professionalism. Thank you PVL 🙌

From the first enquiry to driving away, the experience was exceptional. Millie was fantastic; helpful, honest and efficient. The car itself is stunning - smooth, powerful and clearly well cared for. Super happy with my purchase.

So happy with my new car! The process was smooth and easy for me from start to finish. Charlotte and Elliott were brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. Brilliant experience Millie was so helpful

Big thanks to Jonathon and Charlotte on my recent lease. I have used PVG for my last two lease vehicles and both times had a great experience.

Jonathon helped advise on make, models and price ranges before securing me a lease that suited. And Charlotte kept me in the loop from order date to delivery, checking in frequently and making sure the handover went without a hitch. Really happy with the service and new car and will be sure to use PVG again next time round.

Jonathon and Charlotte made the whole experience start to finish easy and hassle free… 2 weeks later my new car was delivered! Will definitely be using them again! Thank you both!!

First class service from Jonny all the way through the process. Extremely helpful with every request 👍

Traded in my RR for a lovely Audi Q5. The team at PVG ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. PVG has a range of beautiful vehicles - hopefully I will return in the future for an upgrade! Thank you once again Charlotte and Elliot, for your patience and for making the whole experience as less stressful as possible. So in love with my new wheels 😍
