Absolutely 1st class service
Absolutely 1st class service. I ordered a few bits on Friday evening and they arrived Sunday no fuss. I was expecting them to be processed Monday and receive them later in the week. The packaging was more than adequate. I’ll likely only ever order from this company in future. Thank you to everyone at premier darts

Poor customer service abysmal excuses
Courier lost my parcel and that’s no fault of premier darts but the way they’ve dealt with the matter is awful and have ignored me at time despite me not having my product and am £130 down. Makes fake promises saying they would resolve it by Saturday and never heard anything and now they are using the fact I contacted the courier who misplaced my package as the reason why poor customer service and not for the first time I have had scuffed used Ross smith two tone darts from them and they refused to swap them for something cheaper saying it’s against policy despite me wiling to have no money back I have spent thousands on premier darts and they ain’t ever getting a penny more I’ve had to turn to my bank for help to claim the money back sorry guys but recently you have been awful it’s not in my soul to usually do this but I had no choice.

£50 is the most ive spent on darts then they come in poor condition

Ordered surround
Ordered surround, unwrapped and marks on the board which appeared to say it wasn't brand new.
Made contact with the company and sent them pictures. Never answered my question regarding whether it was used before sending. I asked again and didn't get a response.

Rapid delivery times and Exceptional customer service. Wish stocks were a little bit better cause then I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else but Premier Darts. Much prefer them to Red Dragon or the dreaded Darts Corner. Keep up the good work Premier!
