Jacket ordered turned up as described…

Jacket ordered turned up as described and to the sizing guide. Great service as emailed when stock came back in stock.
Price against value for money, excellent.
Only issue was,paid for next day delivery but received 4 days including weekend.
I will buy again and would recommend.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your review, hope the jacket keeps you warm in this cold weather. In regards to the delivery, we aim to have every order delivered on time, as long as they meet the criteria. Our cut off for same day dispatch is 2:00 PM. I can see that your order was placed after this time on a Friday hence it was dispatched on the Monday, for delivery on the Tuesday.

Top quality company

Top quality company. Had an issue with one of my purchases and their fantastic customer service team responded quickly and sorted the issue with me with no fuss.

Very nice however, 2* for quality

I ordered a jacket from here and first impressions, the jacket looked very nice and stylish, had good weight to it and according to my boyfriend (who I gifted this jacket to for Xmas) was warm. However, after a day of wearing this jacket, he noticed it had already ripped on the left sleeve. It seems like to me that the stitching wasn’t done properly. I was so disappointed in the quality and that it only lasted a day. I have already reached out to their customer service and Instagram account and still awaiting response.
