This company is a scam. I signed up for a free trial and then was charged 59.99 and two days later 29.99. There is no way to get ahold of anyone so I'm going to have to contact my bank because they are still charging after I canceled my subscription.

I signed up for a trial and cancelled it immediately. Here we are, 3 weeks later, and my account was billed for $29.99. When I access the app the screen tells me there is no subscription active. It was cancelled so WHY are you billing my card? Also why is there no option to change you card information in the app. This is robbery.

I get it. Everything you buy now has auto renewal clause, it’s the only way some of these companies make money. It’s gotcha and I’m not giving you a refund. I did sign up for a trial at 9.99 , but 59.99 a month!!! When I can pray for free. I was looking for help and you dug deeply into my pocket at a time when I needed help the most. Dorothy, and prayers.academy will not do well.

The company is a big Scam. I purchased a £7.49 product, went on to access the program but found it was only AI. That is not even the worst part. I opened my credit card account more than a month later, only to see they had tried to charge my card another £33.61p which I never asked or subscribe to. They did so simply because they had my card details and trying to contact them is impossible

I signed up for the $9.99 program just to try it out since there was no free trial. During checkout, I did not select any add-ons. Shortly afterward, I discovered I had been charged $49.99.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I had added a journal to my order. I never intentionally selected or agreed to purchase any journal or add-on. They offered to refund only 50% of the charge, even though I disputed the entire purchase.

If I supposedly purchased a journal, where is it? I've received nothing.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this company presents itself as a faith-based program that helps people struggling with money, yet my experience was being charged for something I did not knowingly purchase and then being told it was my fault.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Please avoid. They are scammers who took my $14.99 and $49.99 just for purchasing a $10 item. They lied to PayPal that I purchased ebooks and that I received the items. I ended up losing a lot just because I wanted to support a faith-oriented business

i have not been able to get a hold of anyone in the Miami office . everytime i go to log in, it shows up as a not safe site and refers me back to safety.

I paid for this via Instagram but after paying for it, I could not go to the site. It kept giving a warning that it was not safe.

I was scammed by a small fee bait which I decidedto pay for, and then unknowingly charged extra fees more than 100 dollars without my consent.

They will not cancel my subscription and keep charging my credit card. The "academy" itself is very AI and not worth reading - it just repeats itself daily.
Do not fall for the Devil in this "Christian" false front.

Don’t fall for this Scam. It’s total Crap.
They charged my card for items I never ordered.
Save your money and they are scam Artists.

The reading is automated and reads words wrongly. Better to read by yourself otherwise you will struggle to understand. The subscription small print is very disappointing and they give you the impression it’s all made clear from the beginning. They don’t do refunds for automatic renewals of more expensive subscriptions. It’s a scam hiding behind the name of Jesus. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Keeps trying to charge my card. Would not cancel.

Took what I understood to be a free trial in December 25 and my account immediately debited 59 dollars. No reply to emails and since had another payment leave my account. Definitely a scam and nothing ethical or Christian.

Started program March 4th. Program ok but really not for me. March 12th I received additional charge on my card for quite a bit more. I did contact my bank. I feel duped hoping this was Christian website. Does not feel very Christian at all

I signed up February 2026 and I was Not happy with the program and I requested to cancel and get a refund. They canceled my subscription and they said they will not refund me!! That is of the Devil 😈 I filed a claim with my bank and and I am happy now I got a refund. I would recommend you grab ur bible and read cover to cover and pray for understanding.

Took 125 dollars that I did not authorize. Pretending to be Christian inspired, yet scamming people. I asked for them to refund and they refused.

at first the app worked really good great information and then all of a sudden the app stopped working for two months. I have been sending in information to try to get the app to work correctly. In each time I get a response. Well, unfortunately, we haven’t heard from you so I guess the app is working if the app was working I would’ve let you know the app was working so I’m reading this one until they can figure out how to get their app to work. It’s not worth the headache

They took money from my account without authorisation and did not email me the app link. I have emailed numerous times, without any response. SCAM!

This is a greedy fraudulent company.
On Christmas Day- yes you read that right, I signed up for a seven day trial for $6.99 and they charged me this AND a $49.99 fee.
When I wrote to them asking for a refund they said Yes they would look into it then a certain ‘Constance’ from Prayers Academy reversed that and said No because of their ‘Subscription Policy’.
