Practo is a fraud app. It does nothing other than acting like an agent of the doctors. Please don't believe it. Its baseless. It hides the true feedback of the deprived patients and always act like the agents of the doctors. It's cheating people. Don't believe it.

Practo scams patients and profits only itself through physicians.

Never trust this App. They literally feed on patients like us, censor real doctor reviews and then chew doctors $$rly to increase their ratings in order to generate profit for itself.

Go with real word of mouth or known acquaintances.

after paying 1500 rs for consultancy i have got no reply from consultant. its really bad app.

I paid for a medicine freedase 30. Does that mean that you will deliver me fake products? I got an allergic reaction from their packaged medicine. My doctor immediately asked to return the medicine and stop the dosage. I was unwell. Please explain you damaged and defective products.
If you say you are free to deliver fake things I think you should quote that in your product description. I have a fake product deliver from practo. I think that make me eligible to sue you in case of no return and refund. Have been the product original you could deny returns unless defective and damaged. BUT YOU SENT A FAKE PRODUCT.UNDERSTAND THAT. I will file a case against you guys in consumer court, if my issue is not resolved. Moreover, their customer care is pathetic, they don't even arrange a call back even if you're requesting them to do.

Practo is running scam while making business out of Doctors. Earning from both doctors as well as patient. Online consultation is never the solution and its maligning image of Doctors.

My review never got posted. It was a genuine review and I didn't use abusive language or anything of that sort. I even uploaded proof of my appointment slip(email). I guess Practo posts only positive reviews or they have a tie up with certian doctors to post only positive reviews. This is definitely not helping the public and misleading people. Highly dissappointed.
Suffice to say, I will never trust reviews on Practo again.

I don’t know what Practo is trying to do. I was approached by them for a product that they have launched for Tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad known as “Practo supreme”. They asked for all the official documents and degree certificates from me to get my name listed on it. After paying for their premium service, I receive a call from Practo telling me that I can’t be listed as a super specialist with a provisional degree certificate, which we receive only after university convocation. Are you guys high on drugs? Do you think that you are the Medical Council of India which is trying to look over the process of granting degrees to the doctors? When I am operating patients and they are getting their insurance approval(in cashless as well), who is Practo to ask me to submit my final degree before listing me on their website? The sole purpose of provisional degrees given to us by the universities is to enable us to start practising from day 1 and not let us wait till they conduct a convocation. We all have worked hard enough to reach where we are right now and we don’t need companies like you to dictate what we should do and what we shouldn’t. Please please stay away from services like Practo!

It's the most horrible and spineless set of people running this app who do not have any set parameters for professional delivery of service they promise. Throwing investors money down the drain till they survive.
I booked a doctor Dr Pallav and consulted him for some skin issues for my child. He called me and provided the prescription. Now at the time of follow up I again paid and requested to consult with him again. I got the message from him that he will call me in sometime for consultation and he never called on that day. I sent him a couple of messages and there was no response. On 2nd day morning I saw that my consultation has been marked as completed by the doctor and I was only allowed to send him follow up messages. Without even talking to me he marked it as completed. Its been 3 days and everyday I message him asking for a response and he messages me back and tells me he will call back in 10 mins, in 30 mins, in a while but there has been no call. I got in touch with the support team and to my surprise all they did was offer me a coupon and clearly denied the unprofessionalism on doctors part. Whats the use of a response when the doctor does not even know what I am trying to consult for because he hasn't spoken with me even once. There is no process to report a doctor who is behaving unprofessionally. Also these spineless people do not have the guts to confront a doctor who has signed to make money thru their platform but is not professional enough to respond back in time.

Ironically this doctor has most reviews on the platform. Please mark this dermatologist, Dr Pallav S Kishanpuria from BLK Super Speciality Hospital Pusa Rd Delhi and please do not use this app to save you from botheration. Its cheap to use the app because they have signed up with the doctors who are sitting idle with no local practice of their own. Mostly unprofessional and unsuccessful doctors sign up here just to make an extra buck and the app is being run on their mercy no matter how they behave.

I gave feedback to a doctor in practo. they hide 60% of that feedback along with +ve and -ve things. Also to the irony, they shared my number with the respective doctor. and I got a call from them and asked me for feedback. after a few days, they deleted my feedback from Practo platfom saying that i never went to that doctor.
really if you are genuine then you should not share reviewers' personal data with the respective doctor.
Its called doctors chamcha. poor practo.taking money from the doctor and dealing with them with good feedback.
Guys don't believe in the feedback that has given in practo. Such a cheap platform that gives your personal details to the doctor. and showing good ratings with good feedback of doctors.

Practo is a fraud organisation. Any person who would like to book an appointment with a doctor on practo app, practo collects fees per patient from Doctors. Even if a patient speaks to Doctors regarding the clinic through their app, doctors are charged. Doctors are charged for cancelled appointments, no show appointments and everything. For a specialist consultation, practo collects 400 rupees per patient booked through practo app. A tota fraud organisation. Doctors who pay lumpsome amounts are enrolled on prime platform and after each patient books appointment, a fixed amount is deducted from practo.

I tried giving a factual and negative review for a doctor on practo app . But practo never publishes negative review .I tried reaching their suppport also but case never gets resolved .
Please do not trust reviews on practo app . It’s a fraud that practo does not allow factual negative reviews .

Fooled by Practo. They show highly experienced doctors but when u pay online consultation fees an unexperienced doctor will be in front of u who will suggest u bedrest but nothing else coz they r not capable of advising u anything....totally unexperienced. I am highly disheartened by this site n the services they offer.

PLS Dont use Practo for your online consultation needs..their on roll doctors are mostly under paid MBBS who work in disguise of specialists and dont know a thing. I got so confused last time i consulted a dr that i got severe headache and lost lot of money too..its a waste to use practo at all.

I was delivered 2 out of 3 medicines ordered on 5th October. The Invoice mentioned that a refund of Rs. 267 was initiated on the 5th of October'20. Today, even after 15 days the refund has NOT been made. I have contacted their customer service several times and each time, I have given the Invoice copy and my account details. They promise me that refund will be made in 24 hours. But am still waiting. I think they are not a very honest company. My order ID is 818363.

Worst website ever. I ordered 2 inhalers from here and they gave me both which is nearing the expiry date so I returned both as I wanted something with longer expiry date. I have returned my medicines 1 month back and after that I followed nearly 20 times to ask about refund. Every time I ask they take my bank details and tell will get back in 24-48 hours but this never happens.

Practo is a fraud app.
The sales executives team of practo app is the worst team so far. They sell you the app, take money from the doctor and then just disappear. I’m using prime subscription but still my name is not there in the listing of East punjabi Bagh dentists. I’ve written 35 mails but still they are just sending computerised responses. My account is paused and I’ve not received a single patient from practo since 1 year.
Their back end is so disappointing that they never call you to resolve the problem.
I wan’t my refund back but they are not addressing my issue only.
I wan’t to give them zero rating for this poor service.
Never buy practo subscription. It’s DEFINITELY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PRACTO IS A FRAUD COMPANY WHO IS CHEATING DOCTORS.

each and every time there is problem booking an appointment, ordering medicine . and there is no direct customer care number to solve the issue . chatting with them is such a irritating thing and waste of time

Payment is done but at the time of consultation provided link shows some technical error and unable to connect.

Total fraud of a platform. The Drs. are not liable to communicate or respond and patient is on the receiving end of the whole experience.
