Practo is a biggest fraud app.it does not post any negative reviews.. All the positive reviews in practo are paid by doctors. I wrote negative review due to bad experience with doctors and practo is simply denying my review. Also I contacted customer care they are just closing my ticket and they keep saying wait 24bto 48hours.. Then they close the ticket So basically practo won't post negative reviews infact it takes money to write fake positive reviews from unlicensed doctors and they earn money at the cost of our health Pls be careful if you love health don't contact through practo. It has all fake doctors and fake positive reviews

His choice of words and behaviour towards patient was very much inappropriate & unappreciated. He was more than interested in seeing patient’s face . When we discussed him the problem on audio call he assisted for video call , and on video call he was unabrubtly trying to have conversation with the patient. When we pointed out what he is doing is not healthy and he should focus on helping us why patient is in pain , he was busy stating the fact that he is Has been practising for past 10 years on Practo. And we should see his review. So here I am giving a review for him, and we want you to know that this particular doctor has no sense of decency or shame. When he understood that we will not let him go easily because of his earlier actions, he politely mentioned that video is not clear , he will continue to have the conversation on audio call, and he never called. I had to book another session. That was not the problem, the whole problem is the unethical way of him addressing to the patient. His exact words were “ patient ka dard ka jageh to dekh liye, ab thora shakal dikha dijiye “ . What kind of uneducated person are linked here on Practo ? We as a patient come to you for relaible / sensible options and all you are managing is to provide with someone as equal to experience level of pevert. Cheap people cheap mentality. No education or degree can define your qualifications . Shame on you Dr. Siddiqui, shame on your cheap thought and shame on people who have linked you with their business , without doing any proper background check of people they are associating with themselves. Very bad and unexpected experience on Practo.

Fraud Website. I paid money for the consultation. After the payment no response. they don't have even a contact number. I lost my money.

Practo never allows to publish the true review if it is against the doctor and patient is not satisfied by there service.
You just have to write gud reviews pathetic.

One of the worst services on the customer care team. They don't take proper test details and never do the booking with the available test. I have booked three times, but they didn't come for the test. After multiple follow up they simple reply, the tests are not available.

Never trust on this app, as here they will give you a discount in the beginning to attract you to use the app and when you start consulting the doctors then you get to know most of them have very less experience and don’t bother to give you the right advice and when again you want to renew the membership they keep on increasing the amount . It’s okay if the amount is more but the doctors are so less experience and can’t sort out the issues what the patient is going through so I don’t refer this app for good doctors. It’s more of money making app than a consultation platform to good doctors

I fell into their trap. I had covid and tried this app to get consultation for some post covid issues. I paid Rs.699 upfront for consultation with doctor. Upon booking an online consultation, the doctor never responded to my chat query and telephone request. When you try to call the doctor, you get a incoming call which say to wait while they connect the call but gets automatically disconnected. When I tried there help section, it says to wait for 24hrs to 48 hrs for the doctor to respond.I mean a person requires consultation now but is asked to wait for 48hrs.Its a fraudulent app.Please don't waste your money.

I book a consultation and paid 299 rupee but there is no consultant available and they didn't refund my money back

I wish i could give them a -negative review. They are the world's worst company ever. They have poor customer support and their product are expensive. We have used their product for a while and we regretted. Please save your money and dont use this company product and warns other also to stay away from them.

If I had an option I would give these motherf****rs less than a star, f***ckng scammers in the crucial and sensitive period too, bunch of slimy mother fu***rs you are not sure like Jaamtara you have these fraudsters in the name of doctor's who claim to be one, As*****holes my mother is critical with Covid and in the name of consultation you rob money out of people and let them suffer, this does not end here I shall make sure I would report you guys to the highest possible place where you guys are shown your actual position, f**ck you

They are frauds. Their services are crap. They will take the money but when it comes to contacting customer service, no chance. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

This is worst app in healthcare. They think themselves the superior but let me tell you that the worst service and just money making tricks. Once the money get into their pocket and then the real game starts , customer look around for customer service people / team and he enedup with ho help at all.

I tried booking an online consultation on behalf of my friend and paid Rs. 300 towards one time consultation charges. The money was deducted and instead of redirecting to a doctor, an alert "Sorry no doctors found!" was shown. Shockingly, on retrying, I was again being redirected to the payment page again. There is no record of the payment paid on the website or the app either with zero balance being shown as practo cash. It is equally horrifying to note that this "well known" website does not even have a grievance redressal mechanism ! No customer care numbers or email contact .
