We had a very disappointing experience with Practo support. We paid for a service, but even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, we did not receive any response or solution from the team. We also tried contacting Naresh, but there was no reply from his side.

This kind of delay and lack of response is not acceptable and reflects poor support service. It has caused significant inconvenience to our clinic operations.

We expected proper support and timely communication, but our experience has not been satisfactory.

Problem with the credential verification uploading of documents. If a person has a done a foreign degree from a recognized university then the practo support repeatedly sending emails about UGC approved degree. They never call you back. It has been a very frustrating experience with them. The person says will look into and get back to you and will never get back.

Practo app is just a bluff they dont give proper appointments confirmation & charges mentioned are half of ectual charged in hospital.

I request everyone dont go for practo its a scam and waist of time

Practo is a scam now.

I need to warn everyone about the "Instant Consult" on Practo. I feel completely cheated.
I booked a General Physician consultation from their homepage today. The preview showed mostly senior doctors with 10+ years of experience. I paid ₹629, expecting a premium service where I could schedule a proper call.
Instead, this happened:
1. No Scheduling: I was connected instantly to a doctor. I had no choice in the matter.
2. The Doctor: He looked like he had just rolled out of bed. He was disheveled and honestly seemed hungover.
3. The "Diagnosis": I sent him a 22-page medical report. He "read" the whole thing in 1 minute and 20 seconds. He called me back, told me to take some vitamins, and that was it.
That was bad enough, but then I clicked on his profile.
It turns out this doctor works only on Practo, and his direct consultation fee on the app is listed as ₹199.
Practo charged me ₹629 to connect me to a doctor who charges ₹199 on their own platform. I paid 3x the price for a 2-minute call with a guy who barely looked awake.
This feels like a total scam. They take a huge premium just to auto-connect you to the cheapest available option. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Booked appointment on Practo for orthopaedic at Techno India Dama Hospital.
Arrived on 15th Dec well before appointment time only to be surprised that doctor is on leave and practo did not inform them anything about appointment. No idea who is at fault but I as patient got harrassed.

Worst company . MD And founder of this company Mr Shashank has only Money making person. Worst legal police of this company and legal adviser has no knowledge about term and condition. I paid Rs 14000/ for my subscription in 2020 and this Practo company has block my professional account. It has been 4 years I had sent so many email regarding my refund but they don’t reply my mail. I m so much disappointed. Mr Shashank MD Doesn’t have good knowledge . He doesn’t known how to run a company. His company customer support team are very worst. No good polices and no good terms and condition of this company. Without any notification they block my profile and since 4 years I m demanding my refund but they didn’t reply my mail.Mr Shashank MD is worst founder of this company. I had very bed. experience with this company. I would request to all our Indian Medical association doctors that don’t register on Practo plate form. It is very worst and time waist company . Mr Shashank MD is only Money Making person and very unprofessional. He has to learn respect to the indian doctors community. If Shashank MD is reading my comment then must Reply on my review.

The doctor was rude and arrogant and snapped at me when i asked questions. Then gave me shit for “having an attitude”. The support facility was utterly useless because they don’t care that their doctors snap at patients. 0/10

No stars for no service.

Website is saying access denied for no reason at all.

I had taken an appointment for 25.11.25 of an ophthalmologist thru Practo. On scheduled date and time, on arrival I found the clinic or (hospital ) closed. No notice or info displayed. Totally unprofessional service by Practo. I wasted my time, money, energy and one days leave.

Based on my experience, Practo is completely unreliable. Many doctors seem to be there just to make quick money through video calls and give generic, unhelpful advice. One doctor even charged me ₹1100 only to scare me over a minor issue. When I tried to post an honest review, Practo didn’t publish it properly, which makes their review system feel manipulated.
Customer service was just as bad—they first agreed to a refund for my issue with Dr. Antony and then refused. Overall, I found the platform full of questionable doctors and untrustworthy support. I wouldn’t recommend Practo to anyone. Better to see a real doctor you know.

There is no review of less than 1 star else that is what they deserve. I am a doctor who took practo app a year back and they promised me 3 times the patients as their fake charts showed significant patient loads.

I saw only 1 patient from Practo after paying them lakhs of rupees over the last year. Not a single person from the organization followed up during the course of the year and as renewal neared, they are following up.

Doctors who are planning to take up Practo, please be aware of their business practices before spending your hard earned money. They are an unethical money making business.

I have consulted Dr.Soundarrajan Ponnambalam,Urologist, Gerecare hospital, Adambakkam,during September, on 4 occasions. He is an experienced doctor & possess abundant knowledge in his field. He possess excellent communication skills & treats patients with dignity ,care &respect.

Best doctor

Doctor ka number mil gaya appointment mili bhi par doctor ne 2 minute me hi bahar nikal diya aur 500 rupye fee liye koi dawai bhi nahi di bas bolke chala gaya

I took the appointment of Dragpal singh rajput, so called dentist. He is worst doctor. He charged me 30,000 rs, when I said it too much her wife started shouting at me. I paid the money because I wanted to get rid off. But when I was going back home i realised my one tooth was left. When I went back buth he n his wife started talking so badly with me. Both started shouting at as just I said you could find the cavity in 22 teeth but you can not find a hole which u left. He started saying I have to pay more. Somehow I left he's clinic. Now at home when I m writing this review my two teeth feelings came out. These days it hard to find a good doctor. Now I m really scared of doctors.

Pathetic service i have consulted the doctor suffering from food possioning what doctor has recommended basic medicine which we can go to medical store and get dolo and Norfolk tz according to that we all are doctor then if we have to get all this then what is the meaning to consult a doctor

Practo is a very unethical organisation. Only if a doctor pays Rs18000/ it will say something good. Otherwise it will try to defame the Doctor. Trust Pilot 1 star ⭐

Practo took money 3 -5 lakhs in last 10 months and from July 2025 I started complaining as without verbal and without written approval of mine they connected by GNB with their Practo profile for appointment booking , not only this they charged for each appointment booking charges too. They stopped displaying advertisement even sold top 1st positions to me and 6 th position and not only this adding different services which is not related to my field and not only this removed photograph from profile, wrong address mentioning I m Panchsheel Enclave and showing Hauz has enclave address, not displaying Panchsheel address.

I have been associated with Practo for the last few months, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been over two months since I raised an issue, and despite patiently waiting, I continue to receive the same generic responses without any real resolution.
For a platform that is growing so rapidly, I expected more professionalism, efficiency, and accountability in handling client concerns. Unfortunately, the repeated delays and lack of concrete action reflect poorly on the quality of service being offered.
I genuinely hope Practo takes such feedback seriously and works on improving their customer support and problem-resolution process.
