Good communication from company during installation process, and the guy who installed it did a neat job, with careful discussion of the integration with solar system. Having had it for some months now, can say charger works well, app just a little odd at times, in that it sometimes appears to hang once the car has charged on a schedule, and not allow stopping, boosting, display of charge, etc, until you unplug the car. Also would like the schedule to charge again the following night to the same schedule, without having to unplug the car and plug it in again, as the charge is often not complete in one night.

Simple pre-fit questionnaire. Good and tidy install . Unit and app working well. Paperwork received. Can’t fault the total experience, especially at such a competitive price

Amazing service from order to installation, got it with new year discount for £599 incl installation. Very clear information and on time and neat installation done. Amazing customer service. Would prefer option re cost per unit on the app history information.

You know how it is, an email arrives offering a great deal and you wonder whether the old adage of 'if it looks too good to be true, it almost certainly is' starts echoing around your head.... that adage remains true in most cases but Powerverse are certainly an exception.

I did some research and the company, a part of Lighthouse BP, certainly appeared to be completely genuine, I called and spoke to Sonny who clearly knew his stuff and was incredibly helpful, he assured me he would be my contact throughout the process should I have any issues and I ordered my new EV charger. This turned out to be a great decision!

I could not get close to the price offered anywhere else, I could easily have spent twice as much. The VCHRGD charger offered everything I wanted, solar compatibility, load balancing, personally I chose untethered, I prefer the less cluttered look on the front of the house but tethered was an option, however I did want the option to lock a cable to the charger and icing on the cake was a 3 year warranty .

The service from Powerverse and EV Domestic, my installers was impeccable, everything I was promised was delivered, on time and without any fuss. I was contacted immediately by EV Domestic and a date was agreed for installation, my charger arrived 7 days before the installation date, the installation was completed neatly and efficiently exactly when I was told it would be.

I did contact Sonny to clarify a couple of questions that occurred to me during the process and again received straightforward answers and great advice.

While I don't recommend believing all the emails you receive, I can, and absolutely do, recommend Powerverse, I am one very happy customer!

Ordered with PowerVerse and was called the following day to get the installation booked in. Other companies had quoted 2 months waiting time, however I was surprised I was given an installed date within 2 weeks.
Charger was dispatched to me shortly after, unfortunately the charger was damaged in transit by the courier. This was quickly resolved by PowerVerse and a replacement unit was sent out swiftly.

Installation was carried out by ChargedEV, installation took no more than 3 hours. Engineer was very polite and explained the processes and confirmed the location of where everything was going.

App is very easy to use and schedule the charge!

Purchased a charger from Powerverse and had it installed by ChargedEV. The e2e process was great and the sales support I got from Powerverse (Megan) was really helpful. On the day of install, the engineer (Steve) from ChargedEV was great and undertook the install carefully and considerately with no mess.

Overall, super happy experience from both ChargedEV and Powerverse.

Everything from initial installation, the equipment & use the tech has great at to this stage. The app is easy to use the automated process of plug in to charge with one-click approval pushed to iphone is great. The actual app is great too, easy to set & change charging times based on tariffs etc. The backup of having 2 RFID cards is helpful for when wifi has been out or the odd time the app hasn't been responsive (I think this is when they update)

I've had a great experience of working with Powerverse. The installation of my charging unit was incredibly well managed and clearly communicated throughout. The aftercare service provided by the team at Powerverse has been brilliant.

From installation to daily use, this charger has been so easy! The app is easy to use and if you need customer service, they are VERY quick to respond. We highly recommend Powerverse!
