My first venture into the EV world. I did my research into chargers and tariffs. I wanted a simple to use charger with no non essential bells and whistles. Powerverse totally fitted the bill. Compact and neat. Easy to use via the app and the safeguard of the RDIF cards. First class so far.

Great charger and app, very user friendly app and the charger looks great!

The Powerverse charger has been very reliable, easily controlled from the app and occasionally a button press.
One star off - would have liked neater cable tidy, alternate colour eg white/grey options and Octopus integration.

I have had an excellent experience with Powerverse. Communication from initial enquiry through to after completion of installation has always been quick and helpful. I found their costs to be extremely competitive.

Installation of the equipment was professional and well explained. Installation was very neat and the installer left the premises tidy.

The charger itself has so far worked faultlessly. The app has been updated since the initial installation and is easy to use and works without any problem.

I have found Powerverse very easy to deal with and am delighted with the service received to date.

I was looking for the best charger and was budget consious, at the time powerverse had an offer for a 7kw tethered charger for £750, i took the plunge, they were ready to install within a month, though i delayed this as i had not received my car by then. The app is easy to use and the charger is solar compatible, similar to more expensive chargers such as the Zappi and Hypervolt. So a bargain when compared to them. Also includes 3yr warranty.

Installation of charger great and for a great price too. Waiting for my car to arrive as I write however registering for the app was very easy

Excellent service from start to finish. Contracted out to Jorro and they were brilliant. So good in fact that I am getting a solar and battery package from them! I would recommend them and the charger is great. Easy to use and to no time at all to install and setup.

replaced a perfectly working app with one that does what it wants to do, 4 times i had to unplug & re plug the car yesterday on a scheduled charge, powerverse really need to sort the app or roll it back because it is garbage

installation was fantastic. app overall is pretty good although the solar charge option is not the best.

The installation guidance and information prior to the installation day was very detailed and useful.

The installation didn't take very long and the installers thought about the best solution long term rather than the quickest way for them to finish.

The charger has worked without any problems and the app has a lot of functions - some of which I am yet to utilise.

Very poor customer service. Following installation having frequent tripping out of power to house. Sent “ electrician” to try to fix it but unfortunately only made it worse. Now washing there hands of the issue and refusing to re visit saying it’s just coincidence!! Wish I’d used different company.

Have taken a little while to get use to the app, and the recent update is a great improvement on the previous version.

See less install and it charges my car so does what it says on the tin

installer was professional , did a neat job box and app work great , price was reasonable , very happy with the product , new app is not as good as the old one to be honest but works fine thus far
