The bill: whilst no lawyer would ever be known as cheap,Potts lawyers fees were always made clear to me prior to my court dates and considering the work put in and the great outcome,I find their rates more than reasonable.

After a series of foolish and naive choices, I found myself calling Potts Lawyers at 1am on a Wednesday morning in 2019, the day after I was raided by police and charged with drug trafficking. I spoke to Erin Mitchell, who went on to represent me in what would become the most stressful period of my life to date. On our second meeting, Erin told me to leave all my stress and anxiety with her and to instead focus my efforts on my rehabilitation. I was a first timer offender; I have not offended again since. Not only was Erin able to have the number of criminal charges against me reduced by half, I was able to walk free from the Supreme Court in March 2021 after being granted immediate parole on a 3 year prison sentence. Erin was honest and upfront throughout the entire process, incredibly patient with me and she genuinely cared about my outcome. She is the absolute best in the business!
