Sent out letter to a deceased person.
My late wife who passed away in July 2024 and who has never worked in an Industrial situation, received invite to claim. IDA is yet to get back to me to explain or apologise about the issue. I'd gone to great lengths several years ago to have our names removed from companies who compile mail out lists. IDA was using a mailing list that was supplied by a company that had its ABN status removed 15 Dec 2025.

The technician did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. Since I'd never had a hearing test before, the results were a real surprise. It was a very informative and professional experience.

Customer service
Booking of appts was excellent but that was several months ago. Since then they have not responded to emails or phone calls. I am only seeking an update, their customer service is shocking.

They have made the whole process so…
They have made the whole process so simple and very informative. After the hearing test I was then in an interview with the Para legal who was very informative and knowledgable. Documents were signed and my application processed. My appointment was Monday by Wednesday in the mail I had received a document outlining my entitlements and a leaflet explaining what happens next.

The whole thing!
The whole thing!! Everyone was very nice and sincere!! I struggle with anxiety really bad due to my disability!! And don’t like going out but they made me feel comfortable straight away and explained everything very clearly!! I would recommend any one to use there services.
