Excellent claims process
All I had to do to make a claim was provide my vet details. Post Office contacted them and sent payment to my bank in under 5 days.

Don't try insuring a pet with previous conditions .
I took out the insurance for my dog to replace ok ne with another company . They needed to check with my vet for previous Conditions which is understandable. My vets replied immediately. However, the policy is now in place but the Post Office Insurance have failed to advise me if there are any exclusions. I have phoned but they said it is being dealt with. I will soon be out of the 14 and days grace to cancel. Still no advice. Terrible service

Making a claim
Making a claim was very straightforward online and involved very little effort on my part. They contacted the vet practice direct and then refunded the money straight back to my account, minus the excess. Very satisfied!
