I have had Post Office Pet Insurance for my two dogs for several years. My dog Bonnie has lots of health issues and over the last year I have had many claims with the Post Office. They always pay promtley with no fuss. Would give them 6.5.

Speedy service and payment
I switched over to the Post Office from my previous provider as the quote was far better and I had the same benefits with a reduced excess. My cat recently became unwell and the communication from them in processing my claims was excellent. I received payment within a day of notification that the claim was made; and the process of claiming through the pet pawtal is so easy. Brilliant service and I am very happy with the service.

I do not usually write reviews. However, this pet policy is outrageously misleading. I had taken out 3 policies for my pets which was in excess of £200 a month. My little dog fractured his tooth in an accident and he had to have an out of hours emergency extraction. The company refused to pay. I have now cancelled the policies and taken my business elsewhere. Despite numerous emails emails and calls they failed to respond. Do not use this policy and more importantly do not waste your money or effort

Worst in the market
Worst in the market. Ive bought pet insurance from different providers over the past 9 years, non of them were as bad is post office.
They add unfair exclusions to your policy and find something to not to pay you. Im taking them to court. If you respect your time and money DO NOT GET THIS
