I love Postable and I've used it every week, for years! Cute cards, take about a week to mail and makes my life easier!
Do not use Postables.
I take, print and send out holiday cards annually. I saw an ad for postable to make things easier since they mail them for you. I wanted to make sure there was an honest review out there on them. My first order was a complete disaster. They are expensive, over $4 a card. With the guarantee they will send the cards for you and they will arrive at said destination in 3-7 days, it made the price seem fair. However, after three weeks from ordering, not a single card has been delivered. I reached out 5 days after ordering because the status online said they were still being processed. They responded stating it was an unusual delay. They did eventually provide a full refund after offering $50 store credit, then half refund, then full refund after the cards still haven't arrived and I requested a full refund. So big promises, big price tag, and could not deliver. I will not use them again. Use them at the risk of your disappointment.

Never again.
Holiday Letdown
I thought it wise to send myself a card along with the other holiday cards I sent at almost $5/per card that included postage and handling.
Abysmally slow and the delivered card looked different than the website. They also use bulk shipping postage stamps apparently purchased circa 2023 of an Oklahoma bridge. Hardly an inspirational holiday stamp.
Half of my recipients still have yet to receive their Christmas card. Perhaps a first class stamp would have been better?!
I got an email thanking me for supporting a small business … blah blah blah. Get with the program people and step it up. I’m going with the more established competitor next time.

The order fulfillment speed is abysmally slow, the tracking is non-existent, and if an order doesn't show up they just blame the post office. They take no accountability, offer no solutions, and don't provide the service they are offering in the first place. There are PLENTY of other card manufacturers/mailing services, use one of them!

Do not use this company! I purchased my holiday cards from them and they still haven’t delivered. The “tracking” system is fake and a joke. They said the cards would be delivered on a Sunday and now Christmas Day. They can’t provide me anything proving they sent the cards. With as many cards as I sent, one should have been delivered by now. A joke of a company.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. About a month ago I ordered and paid for 2 birthday cards, one for my mother, one for my sister, they both live in the same town.
A few days later I received an email saying your cards were mailed via USPS and should arrive in 2 to 7 days, two weeks later the cards never arrived. I contacted customer support via email and the person offered either to “re send them” or full credit towards my next purchase, I chose to have them resent, two weeks after that my sister received a birthday card and my mother still hasn’t received a birthday card, they sent 2 cards a month ago, then sent 2 more for a total of 4 cards. Out of those 4 cards only one card was received by my sister one month later and to this day my mom still hasn’t received a card. Luckily I disputed the charges and got my money back. Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE POSTABLE
Postable is a fantastic idea
Postable is a fantastic idea, and the recipients of the cards I've sent say that they are beautiful! I love the selection of cards and the usability of the site. I also love the simplicity and look of the webpages.
My only critique is that the cards I sent didn't get delivered until 5 or 6 days after I ordered them. So the day I expected them to arrive, I received a notice saying that they were "on the way!" So think way ahead if you're going to order from Postable.
I only sent about 8 cards
I only sent about 8 cards, and they somehow completely messed one up. They managed to change what I wrote and sent it to the wrong person.
I was also going to send another pack, but they changed the font, and it looked like the wording was going to be cut off. They also make it seem like you can customize each one individually, but apparently the font will match across the entire project.
False advertising, print quality issues
False advertising. This company is trash. When I ordered my cards it was based on a clear and definitive statement on their site which said cards would be mailed "the day after placing the order". Well they were not mailed until after business hours more than two days later (so essentially, 3 days after order) which completely screwed delivery time. AND EVEN WORSE, when they did finally go out they have two massive yellow lines running top to bottom on all of the postcards. Unconscionable quality control issues for a company that charges so much.
Don't waste your money. Design your cards on Canva, print at CVS or Staples, and mail them yourself - or find some other alternative.
Cards have taken over two weeks to be even sent!
I ordered 40 cards on 7/30/2025 and my cards have still been saying mailed status and it is 8/15/2025. On their website it says it can take from start to finish around 8 days to be delivered. I am so disappointed in this service. I was sure by 8/10 everything would be delivered to my guests. There is no one to call and talk to. Only way I can find to contact is email.
My card was charged for 2900.00! Twice!
UPDATE: READ THE ORIGINAL POST AND UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM. Iriginal Post: Just ordered a single card to send to a friend. I've never had an issue (I've ordered 4x). Then left my card on file for future use. The very next day I was charged 2900 dollars which was converted to Euros in India from the same company then credited back and then charged again and credited back again. They were either hacked or are crooked. Either way, they need to watch what's going on on their end. UPDATE: I tried contacting the company by their form which says open 24/7 and didn't hear back till after the "weekend". There was no phone and when I called the number on the credit card statement I believe it was a scam center as the person answering simply answered "PhoneDesk" ( actually what they said was "phonedex") when I asked who did I reach they angrily said Phonedex!. I messaged via Facebook and Instagram and even LinkedIn. No answers. Finally like I said they responded with a short note saying that someone had exploited a vunerablility in Stripe the CC processor, but we had been refunded right away. That was ridiculous. No apology for inconvenience nothing. It sounded like a couple of engineer guys and maybe a web designer got together to build it and have no customer service experience or cares.

IN MY OPINION: A complete waste of time. Poorly implemented website. No phone support. This seems like a business that wants to sell services they don’t adequately support. Don’t waste your time.
They are too cheap for first class. They send via slow boat to China.
I ordered a Mother's Day card on May 8th with the hope that it could get to my Mom by May 11th. A couple of days late would have been ok but he card did not get to my mom until May 19th. These guys are close to incompetent. First class mail takes three days to get to there destination. The must be sending these via a printed material bulk rate. They are that cheap.
over two weeks and cards haven’t arrived
Ordered cards to Ontario Canada over two weeks in advance and they haven’t arrived. The whole point of ordering from postable is that I live in Europe and it usually takes about two weeks for mail to arrive, so I figured this would be faster, being on the same continent. Clearly that was wrong and I won’t be using this service again.

Cards are fantastic. They have a few ordering snafus to work out but I like their art and choices of type style. From formal to cartoon. I look forward to improvements

Slow !!!! Order card 10 days in advance
It is fun, about $6 a card includes postage. Look for online promo codes. I’d give 5 stars BUT delivery is so slow. I sent a birthday card & anticipated delivery was day before my cousin’s birthday. It arrived 5 days late
Easy and perfect!
My card was delivered in one week and their customer service is very efficient and fast! Special thanks to Ben for his fast replies and help. Postable was easy to use and they do the job more than correctly. I will definitly use their service again if needed.
