Bar arrived but all wood to put the bar together was wet in the packaging which ment some of the wood had bowed. Easy to follow instructions for putting together though

Please do not buy from PorterBars
Please do not buy from PorterBars. I bought a tractor stool, which was described as being 56cm seated height but in fact 59cm. This made a massive difference to me and the stool is sadly not fit for my purpose. They tried to deny the fact and were difficult to deal with and ignored my emails until I got to the point where I said I would take action. They then offered to pay for my return but then started to ignore my emails again and a few days later went back on their agreement, saying I had to pay for the return myself, which would be impossibly extortionate as it is made of iron. This item was not a described. Not a nice company to deal with.

Firstly we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with one of our products, however we would like to add this bar stool is described as approximately 58cm and not 56cm, we could see in the photos you had sent us that the tape measure was being held slanted which give an inaccurate reading of 59cm,
We would also like to add that at no point did we promise to pay for the return, as we was very busy at the time we said we would organise the return details for you, to which you replied that you would prefer to keep the item now.

No customer service on wrong orders
Placed order and it arrived..........incorrect contents and since the 21st December, i have emailed and used the chat with zero response of any use. No phone number and despite stating on the website 24/7 customer service, there is none.

Purchased item on 17/11/22 ,after chasing the whereabouts of theitem it was apparently lost in transit and no longer in stock, there is no phone number to call, e-mail is ignored and chat does not respond -go pour money down the drain before attempting to buy from this company, refund still pending
