My hose has developed a leak and a hole, despite being advertised with a 10-year warranty. I’ve reached out to ask how to return it for repair, but I still haven’t received a response. Now I’m being told it must be returned in the original packaging—which is completely unreasonable. Who keeps a box for two years for a product that’s supposed to be durable and high-quality? This feels like a deliberate barrier to honoring the warranty and borders on false advertising.

I have purchased 4 100 ft pockets…
I have purchased 4 100 ft pockets hoses. The hose areas are ok. However, the connections and the spout heads are all either, leaking, cracked, or inoperable. These plastic housings are the worst. My recommendation would be to make them out of a stronger, water proof material. Making them in plastic is a bad idea.

I like how the hose expands however if…
I like how the hose expands however if it gets caught on something sharp like a rose thorn it will pierce it and no longer work. Hose can’t be left in garage during winter it cracks. Nozzle is rather delicate and doesn’t stay sealed well to connector. I’ve had to replace that several times and it always need several washers to stop leaks.

I like the pocket hoses. I have three. I also have the swivel connector. I love them all! But my latest purchase of the nozzle was not so good. It does not shut off completely. I called to find out what to do about it and was told it’s out of stock and call back in three weeks. Richard Thomas

Bought two hoses and both within 6 months had pin holes in both had to have both replaced. Because they happened about a week or two apart they wanted me to pay the postage
Now after a year one of them has a pin hole again waiting to see if the other one gets one in the next couple of weeks before I file another claim

This is my second Pockethose
This is my second Pockethose. They are great hoses and work as advertised. The reason it is not 5/5 is because both times I ordered I did not receive the swivel attachment to connect to my spicket. Other than that I love it.

Best Hose Ever
I have never had a hose that did not leak until I bought the Pocket Hose ! I bought one and then I bought another for the backyard. No more water leaking getting me soaked.

The hose is light and easy to care for
The hose is light and easy to care for. The only problem is the rubber things at both ends of the hose don't last long and break and now are free-floaters on the hose. It doesn't affect the hose usability, but is frustrating that it doesn't last long.

Purchased 3 hoses
Purchased 3 hoses, had to replace all three within 2 months. I told customer service to just refund me my money, was told they can’t do that! Thank god I purchased the life time coverage, waiting for the 3rd replacement hose to arrive, I’ll just keep on calling every time the hose springs leaks & get a new one, hopefully it will be stronger. Would not recommend this product to anyone’

Failed second hose from Pocket Hose
This is second hose from Pocket Hose. The first one failed and the company replaced it for free. Now the replacement is leaking to the point the hose is useless. Obviously, there is a problem with the materials of manufacture. At this point, based on my experience with the product, my recommendation is buy another brand!
