Drive crashed after 2 months and they will not warranty it.

Appalling customer service, I have a PNY Prevail Pro Workstation with a 3 year next business day on site warranty (acknowledged by PNY directly) which they refuse to honour. Continual excuses with an offer that I can send the computer back to them for repair, in Germany, 28 days min. No interest to adhere to their contract. Avoid this company if you want a warranty.

I bought 2 x 64gb ProElite SD cards. The capacity was l less than 59gb. The advertised write speed is 90mbs, I got 41 to 42mbs. Contacted their support team only to be told that the speeds were "up to" and so basically it is my problem. Responses from them were frequently unreadable due to font size used even when i age was enlarged.

Disappointing

Had to return first unit:
1: Drive initially not recognized until I changed USB ports
2: Drive only shows 115 GB free
3: Sliding cover feels cheap (I have 64 GB version of same unit that feels more substantial)
4: Drive rattles when I shake it
5: Drive is extremely slow. Appx 1 hour to transfer 10 GB to drive from computer
6: Drive LEDs do not flash when ejecting (safely removing)

Replacement Unit:
1: Drive only shows 115 GB free
2: Sliding cover hard to slide
3: Drive rattles when I shake it
4: Appx 1.5 hours to transfer 47 GB from computer. Don't know if this is normal. Drive is USB 3.0 in a USB 2 port with Windows 7 64-bit.

Bought a 128GB 2.0 6 weeks ago. Worked hours on a project and loaded everything onto the flash drive. I randomly picked parts and re-ran them to make sure everything worked. Fine. Closed it up, but when I went back a few hours later and tried to open up the drive I got a message, "unable to read" and then error code 0x800703ed. Everything was lost. I'll never trust PNY for any future project. I lost 40 hours worth of work and depended on this as my sole backup. BIG, BIG mistake.

Bought SD cards which became faulty. I lost all my data and files. The product is within the warranty period. Tried contacting support but no response whatsoever. Never buy stuff from PNY ever.

Brought a PNY usb 2.0 128GB flash drive.....IT IS NOT 128GB!!!!! I plugged it in to the computer but it was only 115GB......I paid for 128GB flash drive and was cheated out of storage space! Don't advertise one thing on your package and then give us something else when we use it! 2 thumbs down!!!

Rubbish products. Bought an micro SD card. Tried on 2 different mobile phones didn't work on either one! Scadisk worked on both phones. Do not buy PNY rubbish company!!!

Went to support asked question and was told they couldn't help me then ended chat immediately horrible support. Horrible will never buy product from they again!

Purchased a PNY NVIDIA gpu.

Tech support was EXTREMELY helpful and I’m gaming and rendering like a champ. I also purchased a 128gb usb and have had no issue.

Works very will. Im using it to store photos, not videos, but it isnt slow You can add a string for easy storage. I got the 32GB. Strongly recommend!

Hands down the worst customer service I ever had. I had a defective card that I returned to them and it was not a pleasant experience at all. The tone the representative used to communicate with me was awful. It almost sounded like he could care less about my issue. I think the name of the staff was Bruce.

i bought a PNY storage drive from meijer and it was write-protected which means i couldn't add anything or delete anything from it-which made it absolutely useless. meijer wouldn't take it back or exchange it because it was an "electronics". i contacted the PNY customer support and was told to take pictures of it and send them to them and then i was told to send it to them at my expense. they sent me a replacement item which ALSO didn't work. i sent it back as well (at my expense) and was told it was checked extensively and it was working fine. they shipped it back and it still doesn't work. it was $80.00 i lost and won't get back. i have never had any problems with any other storage device i have ever bought. stay away from this company!!!!

I bought PNY RAM at Best Buy for my laptop. After 6 months I was having strange auto restart problems and thought I had it fixed with a PRAMM blast. The problem disappeared but came back every so month with the same auto restart problem. This month it caused my laptop to become inoperable so I took it to Apple store and they checked it out and diagnosed that the RAM was bad. The RAM was corrupt, bad and the cause of my laptop restarting and causing me wasted time and money. Since I re-installed the original apple RAM in my laptop it has had no problems. It is slower but no problems at all. It took forever to get a hold of PNY and see how I could return the RAM since it was a lifetime guarantee. The Best Buy warranty was up and it was my only option. After two weeks of back and forth with their service people they finally sent me a return number and instructions on how to exchange it with the company. I returned the RAM in a safe package, tracked it and after 2 week of waiting I am still without my RAM. I have contacted the company, phone and email and no response. They say they have no record of my return. Yet my tracking shows that it was delivered and signed by someone at their company.

This has been a headache and still no word on my replacement.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! Their product is crap and their customer service is crap.

Bought a PNY 256GB SDXC card from TigerDirect and is being drop shipped from PNY. 7 business days now have passed and the drop shipper (PNY Technologies) has not shipped a damn thing yet. Very frustrating having to wait and see when this is going to ship out. Attempted to call their order telephone number during business hours and nobody answers the phone there.

I don't know, I mean, I guess having the assumption that my card would ship out in a timely matter was just too much to ask from them.
