I am very impressed with the PNY CS2241 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD that I purchased recently. It has an impressive build quality and looks great. However, what makes it stand out is its speed. If you're in the market for a dependable and exceptional SSD, I highly recommend it.

PNY RTX3070 graphics card fan became noisy at full speed. Contacted their customer support and requested replacement fan, said I'd pay and fit myself. Request denied. PNY insisted I send the card to France for warranty replacement. Sent card back, it was immediately refused warranty replacement because of 'oxidation on the cooling radiator'.

Well, I didn't spill any liquids on the card to cause the oxidation, and I don't get to chose the grade of aluminium PNY use on their cards. Everything else in my system is fine, but it's all my fault apparently. Asked if there was any possible way they could send me a replacement fan, perhaps another dead warranty returned 3070 could be sent to me and I'll swap the fans out myself, again, stressed I was willing to pay, not an issue. I was just told 'no' to everything until I gave up.

Truth be told, as soon as they refused the warranty swap I purchased a Gigabyte Aorus RTX3070 as I could tell PNY were going to do nothing but offer platitudes until I went away. That was really the best decision I could have made because weeks later they still haven't sent my card back to me.

In fairness, the Customer Support agent, Cecile was polite and helpful throughout, but ultimately that means nothing when they point blank refuse to do anything to help resolve an issue, and as many others PNY reviews will attest; appear to look for absolutely any excuse to refuse warranty replacement, at which point, they're done helping you.

This was my first PNY purchase, and my last.

long story short, i got a 4090 GPU and it was broken! they refused to RMA my GPU and so i sold it on ebay for $1000, they claimed they could not RMA my 4090 since it was purchased from thermal take and i had a 1 year warranty with them, well i sold it and the guy who bought it was able to RMA it without a problem.

The tech at PNY was too busy trying to school me on how to handle thermal take, mind you at this point thermal take and i have been going back and forth for 3 month, they stopped responding to my e-mails and calls, he was too busy schooling me he could have just taken care of the problem, these people are crooks!

Buy the nvme 2241 1tb ssd. And the speed was awfull.. the speed from their box are the maximal.. when ssd cool and not used.
The actuall nvme are without controller and write speed will be drop to only 40MB... So the nvme itself are gimmick and only selling their 5 year warrant.. if that can be claimed
Iam buying 1031 nvme also from pny. And act same.
So their product are same with different selling code.. baiting people to think they have cheaper and premium product while they are same characteristics.. all without controller
Just blacklist this manufacturer.. they cannot recover their company name.
Dont buy any nvme from pny again. ❕❕❕

A fuir si vous êtes végétarien ou si vous mangez halal on vous sert un steak de bœuf en vous affirmant que c est un steack végétarien. Grotesque! Sans compter que les serveuses prennent les places en salle destinées aux clients pour prendre leur pauses. Nourriture 0 . Service clients 0 juste pitoyable !

Achat clé USB 512 gb chez Carrefour il y a 2 semaines... (je n'ai plus le ticket hélas pour échange)
1er achat de cette marque pour moi, branchée 2 h pour charger des vidéos puis devenue indetectable...
Matériel non fiable - à éviter !

Bought a 3070 XLR8 from PNY. After about 4 months the card has started to die. No overheating or anything, just green artifacts due to failing vRam. I called them about the warranty and it's the worst system I've ever dealt with. They make you pay to send the card to them, and wait an entire month for service. Meaning you have to pay more money, and you don't get to use your computer for a month. Their solution to me? "go buy a new card in the meantime." This company is a joke. If you want to run a business, you shouldn't make your customers pay for your mistakes. Do not buy from PNY

This company does not abide by the laws on manufacturing defects, PNY should be banned from selling in Europe as it does not want to take on the burden of fulfilling the 24-month legal warranty sanctioned by the European Community and liquidating customers in a very rude way through its RMA department in France with rude and arrogant staff.

I will try to take legal action to obtain justice, it is not possible that an SSD bought in 2021 after not even a year of life and little use is already to be thrown away and I am refused an RMA just because I received the device as a gift, companies can always rely on the serial number printed on the product to trace the date of production and offer assistance.

PNY flunked! Buy from more serious companies with better customer service policies!

SD card "lifetime" warranty requires receipt, original packaging, can be denied if they say it is too old, what a joke...

Their tech support is rude, and will fish for any reason to deny warranty support. Be prepared to answer repeated questions about your hardware, OS, and anything related to your PC multiple times. Be prepared to photograph your hardware from multiple angles. Already tried your hardware in 2 pcs? They're going to ask you to try it in a 3rd. In the past 10 years I've purchased 3 products, 2 ram stick and a video card, and all 3 have failed within warranty. The RAM at least I got replaced, the video card I gave up on.

You will not get a quick RMA. At best, you will email back and forth for a week and get your hardware returned a month or two later.

Their 500GB SSD failed in my laptop after less than a year of service and the replacement under warranty will take from three to four weeks to arrive.
Stay away from PNY!

I wouldn't give them any stars but you have to select at least 1. Tech support is non existent. Pressing "0" for help gets a hangup. 16GB DDR4 2666 RAM causes computer to constantly reboot.

Qui a essayé le petit dernier bijou de la marque PNY?Je parle de la mini carte graphique RTX PNY A2000 6gb(Ampere)..C'est un petit bou de GPU mini, pas plus large d'un centimètres et demi et long de 10 centimètres.
Elle est l'une des cartes les plus efficace pour miner de l'Ether et autre algo, pousse jusqu'à 41.5 MH/S pour ethash avec seulement 65 Watts...Trouvez moi un GPU qui fait mieux et je vous l'achète de suite.
Il n'y a même pas de connection 6 ou 8 pin au dessus, l'alimentation du Riser lui suffit. Et le prix à même pas 500 euro je l'ai payée 480 Euro chez Steg, vraiment top en + elle ne chauffe pas vraiment 52 degrés avec Hiveos...

I have purchased a PNY SSD for the first time and didn't get impressed. The drive itself seems fair in terms of read/write speeds, but quality is very bad.

My SSD CS900-240GB just failed from one day to another after less than a year. And this SSD only has occasional use, not permanent or intensive.
I've read about the Power Cycle trick, which is to leave the drive connected with the power cable ONLY for 30 to 60 minutes. Didn't work.

Summary, money spent on a drive that didn't reach a year. Plus, its lifetime was WAY inferior than a normal HARD DISK. I have some HARD drives with almost 10 years and they still work fine! PNY worked out BADLY and I cannot recommend it to anyone, honestly.

I'd hope to hear what PNY says about this, but I'm truly sad to know that it's a brand I cannot trust my data anymore. And the overall PNY score rate at Trustpilot speaks for itself. :(

Je possède une carte graphique de chez ce fabricant (une PNY RTX 2060) dans mon PC fixe gamer.

Le ventilateur a commencé par faire du bruit, puis s'est désolidarisé. J'ai amené mon ordi chez un réparateur qui a renvoyé la carte (a priori encore sous garantie) à PNY.

Or j'apprends ce jour que PNY refuse d'honorer sa garantie puisque le problème vient du ventilateur (de sa carte) et non de la carte "elle-même". Ils refusent également de faire un devis de réparation mais proposent (gracieusement, merci...) de détruire la carte!

En conclusion j'ai un produit sous garantie mais dont la défaillance liée à une pièce assemblée par le constructeur n'est pas sous garantie et, cerise sur le gateau, la PNY est du "jetable" puisqu'on ne peut pas la réparer.
N'est-ce pas un comble?
Je ne recommande donc pas les produits PNY!

For the first time ever I had a memory stick malfunction. It is a 64GB PNY stick. All of sudden no computer system could recognize the stick and all my files are lost. I will never buy a PNY stick again or recommend it.

I had a SSD drive and fail after 10-12 months. After going through their extra long RMA process with pictures, forms and a trip to the post office to ship, they waited a month and then sent it back to me stating it was not a pny SSD. In the original request i had to send pictures and a serial number to obtain the RMA. The initial shipment to them was at my expense, now after fighting with them they reopened the RMA but now tell me I need to pay to ship it back to them a second time (due to their error).

Dont buy PNY, go Crucial or Kensington, they bot have way better customer service.

I guess I’m glad I didn’t write over my old drive just in case. Make it a policy to keep old drive and to keep a backup device of drive. About 15 years ago I made that mistake on a drive with my family tree it cost me 800 to retrieve the data off old drive

I bought my product in october 23 of 2020 and it died august 20 2021, just shy of a year. I have a five year warranty on it and figured I'd call and get a replacement. Their Customer Service number is unhelpful. If you press for the selection on how to fix your needs via automated menu, you CANNOT select the option for a representative (0) as it will say it is an invalid entry. When you press 0 at the start of the menu it cycles you through to customer support, but apparently there is never anyone there to take the call. I use this damned thing for work and now I have to use a HDD which is obvously slower than my needs require. Do not buy from this company at all, period.
