Misleading warranty policy claims a limited lifetime warranty, which would be on par with other memory manufacturers. However, the fine print states that this only covers the *market* lifetime of the product, for which the exact SKU is available on store shelves. This resulted in an exceedingly short warranty period for a product that was purchased near the end of its life cycle. Additionally, the support agency appeared annoyed, dismissive and impatient when I was kind and professional in my email correspondence which only consisted of 2 emails, and closed my ticket after simply copy pasting the warranty policy.

Customer service being on top of everything. Amber and Richard from sales to delivery. Thankful for all the warehouse personnel as well.

Outstanding company… I have been purchasing their products for the past 20 years. Assembled in the USA!

PNY doea not honor their warranty witout original receipt, whereas competitors will allow you to RMA without receipt if the manufacture date is within the warranty date. PNY does work, until its broken and you are doomed. Tried contacting them to RMA RTX5070 with no success, who keeps receipts and boxes?

wow what a bad company i got a usb stick from a store and it worked for a while but one day while installing windows 10 from it it went funny so i had to get a new one because of this put into mind it was a new too and after a month it went funny also when i got a sd card from argos from this company it was slow and then after a few weeks it keeped bugging out so after all that i am not going for this company ever again stick to scam disk or go for somthing you know as pny should be named too stink card limt

Mi experiencia como soporte para pendrive de la marca H.P no puede ser mas satisfactoria.Estoy encantado con la atención prestada por Cécile, que ha solucionado mi problema de un pendrive H.P de 250 GB de la marca H.P averiado en garantia , después de que en H.P España me remitiesen a la central en USA y de allí a PNY Tecnologies Europe en Merignac (Francia cerca de Burdeos) No me ha mareado como hicieron en H.P España para no solucionarme nada, ella ha resuelto mi problema con rapidez. Encantado con este servicio tecnico, lo mismo que me quejé hace unos dias del soporte H.P en España dandoles una estrella, tengo que alabar hoy este servicio técnico de la marca en Francia con 5 estrellas.Es de justicia hacerlo y lo hago.Gracias Cécile de nuevo.

What can I say about PNY flash drive? (32gb usb 2.0) It is the WORST product/flash drive i have EVER used. Don't purchase. I began to download highly sensitive files for storage on the card. Was able to download some files, then suddenly it went into 'write protection'. After hours spent trying to discover how to take the write protection off - I couldn't, trying multiple ways. I could not reformat nor extract the files/delete the files that it DID copy, so I had to destroy the flash drive. INCOMPREHENSIBLE product. Do yourself a favor - NEVER buy this flash drive! I will never buy another PNY product AGAIN!

I bought one of their Video cards from Amazon. It actually came from a third party seller. Because they weren't an Authorized reseller they refused to repair or replace under warranty. ( I bought it on Amazon) That is not good customer service. I am quite sure they can tell by the serial number I provided that this card is still under their 5 year warranty. It is jus a sneaky way to not have to stand behind your products when you know full well you should. Imagine you buying something new with 5 year warranty and it breaks in 6 months and you are told by that manufacturer that they wont fix it because you unknowingly bought it from a place that' s not authorized. I will not be buying any PNY products for my company moving forward . I will also make sure I leave a very bad review for PNY whenever I get a chance. I will search for any place that I can leave a PNY review online.

J'ai acheté une rtx 4080 super chez en septembre 2024. Des juin 2025 elle s'est mise à surchauffer (Hot spot a 109°C) e les ai contacté et pas de réponses depuis 3 semaines. A fuir. C'est honteux pour un gpu à 1000€

J'ai acheté une RTX 4080 de marque PNY, une véritable catastrophe. Ils m'ont vendus une carte bricolée avec des vis desserrées et des ventilos qui font un bruit énorme dès qu'ils se lancent. Matériel bas de gamme retourné en SAV, et ils ne l'ont même pas remplacée, rien n'a été fait. 2 mois pour se faire rembourser.

Bought a RTX 4060ti. Less than a year later if started crashing unless games are set at the lowest of settings. Went through all troubleshooting up to wiping the whole PC and the issue still remains and only happens when playing games. After taking numerous pictures of the card showing that it is flawless and all the labels on the card, PNY’s idea of customer service is to have me pay for shipping to send them the card so that they can test it. IF there mysterious testing can produce the same problem with the less than 1 year old card they will send another which may be a refurbished card to f they have any new ones within 4-6 weeks. In the meantime my gaming PC is dead in the water. Their warranty and customer service sucks as bad as their card does. Buy another brand. I will never purchase another anything from PNY as long as I live.

Lamentable Service Après-Vente !
J'achète en toute confiance un SSD PNY et il ne fonctionne pas (testé sur 3 ordis différents et avec plusieurs câbles SATA III).
J'en avertis PNY qui ne me recontacte pas… le temps passe, je les recontacte et ils me répondent juste qu'ils ont des problèmes pour envoyer un e-mail à une adresse "@free.fr" !

Alors si vous êtes chez free pour les courriels, pas de service après-vente PNY.
On n'est pas en 1432, mais bien en 2024 !!!
Une marque qu'évidemment je fuirai toute ma vie… Il y en a tellement d'autres plus sérieuses !

I have send a RMA and they send me back the card to a old address. I was not informed about the shipping process and didn't told me about the tracking number. The card was delivered to another person, I have lost my card and money to ship the card to the company. They need to review the sipping process and give more information to the costumer and confirm the right information. Someone will have fun with my 4080, 2000$ in the trash

Tengo varias tarjetas de ellos y son fantásticas. Además el soporte es muy bueno, de lo mejor que he visto. lHe venido a recomendarlos porque en general solo lo hacemos para quejarnos y mi experiencia con ellos es de 10.

DO NOT BUY A CARD FROM THEM, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I ordered a card and didn't hear anything from them for a month. I called and emailed every customer support contact I could find. So I charge back the charge on my credit card. Then the card shows up at my door around 1-2 months later. Well then I get a call from PNY and they're unhappy I charged back, and I said "well did you get all my emails and calls" and they say "now that I'm looking at it here I do see all of your emails". ZERO responsibility for being terrible. This entire fiasco cost me more than the cost of the graphics card. PNY doesn't care and wants me to send the card back. Its unreal to me that a company like this is even still in business. How is it possible to accept payment and not send any sort of update email or answer my calls and emails for a month.

Ich wurde beschuldigt meine RTX a4500 beschädigt zu haben dabei habe ich nichts mit der karte gemacht außer einzubauen, der Lüfter dreht auf 100% mir wurde die RMA verwehrt!!! NIE WIEDER PNY!!!!!

*edit* hab sie getestet, jetzt Boosted sie immer auf Maximum und hat keine P State Regelung, die haben sie also weiter beschädigt, Anwalt wird wohl eingeschaltet. *edit*

in the last few months 3 x PNY 32GB Micro SD cards have failed on me. They work for a short time them go corrupt and you have to format them again. I would not buy any more of them, despite the low cost. Buy cheap, buy twice ( or 4 times now in my case) as they say.

Un SAV désastreux incapable de comprendre des demandes simples et encore moins d'y répondre.
Leurs produits sont cheap , leur SAV est l'un des pire auquel j'ai pu avoir affaire, ils garantissent leurs produits plus longtemps que la concurrence mais feront tout pour rejeter la faute sur vous.

Zero stars - this company is a scam. Do not buy. They will not honor their manufacturer warranty and will not help you at all after spending hundreds of dollars on their faulty product.
