I'm sorry about any issues with not receiving your rug! I do see here the rug you ordered was advertised as back-ordered at the time of order being placed and is expected to be back in stock around May of next year. Additionally an email was sent on December 1st confirming the current ETA for re-stock.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. We're happy to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait for the re-stock.

Beautiful wool rug
After looking for a while for an affordable wool rug, I stumbled on PlushRugs. I’m always a bit hesitant to order something so large based on a picture online, but decided to take a chance. I’m so glad I did! The colors are just as beautiful as shown in the picture, and this rug completely transforms the look of my living room. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also, it was shipped very quickly & arrived well packaged.
I will definitely keep PlushRugs in mind for future rug purchases!

Fast delivery
The rugs that I ordered were back ordered on multiple sites. I was beyond ecstatic when I found what I was looking for on Plush Rugs. The rugs arrived within the week and packaged very well. I had a great experience and would recommend this business.

Ordered and the delievery company…
Ordered and the delievery company called me and after 5 minutes I hung up . They called again tonight and was on hold for 20 minutes before an operator came on. They called me… they he told me the soonest it would be delivered was January 12th. Definitely would not have ordered if I new it was such a slow inconvenience to ship. Very disappointed.

We try our best to outline shipping timelines on our website, and it does sound like this particular lane for our carrier is taking longer than average. With both the major influx in shipments as well as the Christmas/New Years holidays happening within the average 7-10 business day lead-time, unfortunately it does sound like things are taking a bit longer than usual.
Please know if you're ever experiencing difficulty reaching the carrier by phone, please reach out to us directly, we are more than happy to assist with that communication so you are not left waiting on hold for extended periods of time.

The rug we received was beautiful and well made. We had a question before it arrived. We called the customer service number and was surprised that a real live person answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. Very rare these days. If there were six stars, I would have selected it.
