Good overall but better order tracking needed
We had a good experience with PlushRugs. I like the customer service which I had to contact regarding shipping. The one thing that was confusing is the Maersk tracking that we received which was not useful. Since the website said it was in stock we expected to see a more informative means to track our rug. That said, our rug came relatively quickly.

Need better communication
There needs to be more and better communication beyond "we've rec'd your order , we'll let you know when it ships." When I called for more detail, I was told 3-5 days processing, 3-5 days shipping . And yeah, it could be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. No approx dates which I need since I'll be leaving the country for a vacay.

Thanks for the feedback, I apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused. In case it is helpful, we do list estimated ship-by and delivery dates during the checkout process, as well in the order confirmation email we do provide the estimated ship-by date.
I see on your specific order, the email confirmation stated ships-by June 15th at the latest and your order was confirmed delivered via FedEx on June 12th.
With the way many of our warehouses operate, we do have to provide approximate dates for their average lead-times, and then once the item is in our carriers possession it's typically a 3-5 day transit time. I'm sorry we couldn't give you a more exact delivery date with you leaving the country, please let us know if there's anything else we can do to improve our processes.

Thin Carpet
The description of the carpet I purchased said the pile was 1/2 inch it is less then a quarter inch. Description alsosaid it doesn't slip it does. Very dissatisfied! Wold not purchase another carpet from PlushRugs!

I would like to clarify that the product description does not state that the rug is non-slip. For use on hard surface floors, we generally recommend a rug pad to help minimize movement and add additional comfort underfoot.

I’m LIVID that there was no heads up…
I’m LIVID that there was no heads up given regarding my rug delivery today. Was away from my phone for 10 minutes, and now will probably wait another week to get it. No excuse for lack of text or email alerting me to the pending delivery today!

A tracking link for the shipment was provided on June 2nd, and we are currently reviewing the situation with the carrier to better understand why a successful delivery was not completed today. It is generally standard practice for signature-required deliveries to include a phone call prior to the delivery date, and we will be following up with the carrier to determine what occurred in this instance.

The rug does not stay down. There was also a circular indentation on half the rug.

I'm sorry to hear it arrived not completely flat, many times after remaining rolled for an extended time from the factory, rugs needs a few weeks for the fibers to fully settle and relax once unrolled.

Everything went well in ordering and receiving the rug in a timely manner. The quality seemed excellent, although I didn’t unroll it all the way because the pattern color wasn’t as right for my room as I’d hoped, from the online photo. So I had to return it, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But I would still recommend the company.

I had a terrible experience with Plush…
I had a terrible experience with Plush Rugs. I didn't get updates on the status of my order, so I had to reach out to them multiple times to check in. The rugs finally arrived after weeks of waiting, but they came FOLDED instead of rolled. So, now I have to lay each one out and steam or place heavy items on them to try to reduce the creases (there are many). They're large rugs, so it's going to be a nightmare trying to resolve this mess, and it will require hours of my time. I wasn't expecting this after investing as much with this company and waiting as long as I did. It's really unfortunate and upsetting overall. I need to order more rugs, but with the condition mine showed up in and the experience I had with this order, I'd be concerned it would happen again.

While we do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, transit times can vary depending on the manufacturer, carrier, size of the item, and shipping method. Regarding the rugs arriving folded, larger outdoor rugs are sometimes shipped this way directly by the manufacturer so they can travel safely through standard ground shipping. This helps keep shipping costs reasonable on oversized rugs that would otherwise require freight delivery, which can significantly increase the total cost. Creases from folded outdoor rugs will typically relax with time, especially once the rugs are laid flat, warmed by sunlight, or gently weighted in affected areas.

I am hoping that when I vacuum the rug " shag" it fluffs up. I also see stitches on the binding that is "broke". I hope it does not start to unravel. The way its wrapped its quite " curled on the ends. Time will tell..
