Received a notice of backorder with no actual shipdate
I cant really review the actual rug...since i don't have it. Online, at the time of order, the rug i had selected was backordered until 3/22. Now the rug is backordered until "June" with no definite ship date.

Great rug
The rug came quickly and is super soft and plush. Unfortunately my cat George is liking to claw at it and is pulling out threads. UGH.

My order was placed on backorder and I had to cancel it. What made my experience excellent was the company representative who gave me the information I needed (that the order was backordered) and allowed me to cancel the order. Very professional and responsive. Excellent services.
Sad that I could not get the rugs I wanted.

PlushRugs had the best price available for this rug, but I was unfamiliar with the company. I did some research and saw they have a physical headquarters and extensive company history, which made me much more confident in my purchase. Then, the shipping was so quick, which validated their shipping and distribution model. Would be glad to purchase from PlushRugs again!
