Rug is skimpy
Rug slides everywhere because it's so thin. Pretty, but skimpy. Tried to get ahold of someone, they spoke broken English and I couldn't understand them. Tried 2 sided tape, messed up my pergo and rug still slides everywhere.

Thank you for leaving us feedback regarding your order for the Nourison Tranquil 2x4 Rug. Typically the best bet to minimize/eliminate rugs sliding is going to be a rug pad.

Extremely disappointed in the plushness…
Extremely disappointed in the plushness of the rug, even my dog was not happy to lay at the front door to chew on his bone, something he has done for years. Ended up putting my old rug back down and delegating the new one to the basement doors.
Too, I feel it was very overpriced for what I received. However, on a high note, it was delivered quickly.

Lovely product, terrible communication.
The product was gorgeous and customer service was prompt. The delivery process was cumbersome and resulted in multiple days of missed work due to miscommunications on their part despite the multiple phone calls I made. My product was delivery elsewhere on the first attempt (odd since you had to sign for the delivery). Three months later, I received my product.

The miscommunication and especially the initial misdelivery shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating that was with the time you had to take off. I loved my current rug that I purchased along with a beautiful dining room set from a quality furniture store about 15 years ago. It was getting a faded & stretched a bit, so I searched for one identical to it & found it here. It seems to be of the same good quality & I love it! Marilyn M.

Great site to order from
Plush rugs is now my “Go To” site for rugs. This site offered the best cost on the rug I wanted by several hundred dollars. And to the shipping was super fast. I ordered my rug on a Thursday and it unexpectedly showed up on Saturday. Can I tell you that was the best surprise? And the rug was great quality which was double wrapped for protection.
