The delivery arrived well within the scheduled time and I was also notified when it was less than 30 mins away. The delivery men were efficient and had the two sofas unpacked, legs installed etc within no time.

Gun is amazing!!!
The Fyshwick store and manager Gun were amazing to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a stressful experience (because of my builder) less stressful by being as accommodating as possible. Love my new lounge that has just been delivered and would definitely recommend the Fyshwick store to anyone looking for a new piece.

Disappointing to say the least
The day my lounge was delivered, it had a deep scratch on the side. When following up with customer service, they indicated a 2 month wait time for it to be sorted out. The delivery people also left rubbish in the yard. A very disappointing experience.

Great service with care for items being delivered.
A lot of care was taken when off loading the furniture from the truck. Great prompt service by delivery men. Placement of furniture in room was well done with care. Explanation was given to us about how to unpack items in a safe manner so as not to damage the furniture. I would recommend these men to anyone that needs a delivery of large items. :)
