Got it. Here’s a version that completely changes the tone and structure while keeping the core message — and making it sting:

Bought what was sold as a premium sofa from Plush in late 2023. Less than two years on, it’s already collapsing. The cushions have no structure left, the support is gone, and sitting on it now feels like sinking into a tired sponge.
The fabric (Hutton Navy) a MASSIVE letdown. It’s worn thin, covered in pills, and gives the whole thing a run-down, secondhand look. It just looks gross. It wasn’t cheap, and we didn’t expect to be shopping for a replacement this soon, but here we are.
This isn’t just disappointing. It’s a joke. Plush talks up quality. What we got was expensive landfill material. Never again !
Absolutely Appalling Quality and Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs
We purchased two Melbourne Petite Leather couches for our MCG corporate suite and within just 18 months, the leather on both has deteriorated, this is with an average of 3 hours per week use in a low-traffic commercial space that is barely used day to day.
We followed every care instruction to the letter, yet the material still degraded like it was made of cheap plastic. When we contacted them, they flat-out refused to honour any warranty simply because the couches were in a commercial setting — a technicality they used to dodge responsibility, despite the clear manufacturing fault.
This is not normal wear and tear. This is shoddy craftsmanship and zero accountability. I would never purchase from this company again, and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere if you value quality and customer support.
Total waste of money.
Plush delivered a damaged couch with black marks
Couch arrived after waiting 14 weeks, two delivery guys arrived very unprofessional. Almost knocked over a shelf bringing the couch inside.
After aggressively tearing the plastic off the couch I noted two huge stains on my white couch, their response “it’s not our problem it was packed like this”
After two weeks I finally got a refund for the 95$ delivery I had to pay, the plush sales rep on the phone said she would compensate 100$ instead so a 5$ compensation for delivering me a damaged 2,600$ couch after 14 weeks.
Plush is horrible to deal with, I will be avoiding and telling everyone I know this story.
Very Poor Quality – Regret This Purchase
We bought the Malibou 4.5-seat modular sofa from Plush Dandenong in Sept 2023 — less than 2 years ago — and it already looks and feels worn out. Despite claims of high-density foam, the couch has sagged badly, lost its shape, and is no longer comfortable.
The Hutton Navy fabric has also pilled and worn quickly, making it look far older than it is. We’re extremely disappointed in the quality and durability. We’ll be replacing it soon and won’t buy from Plush again. A classic case of buyer beware.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Try to book in a suitable time for delivery but they are so rude to deal with. It’s on their terms or nothing. Tuesdays and thursdays I have been told when people work. But they don’t care. And they have offered to drop it at an alternative address which is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. Can’t guarantee
a time either. As a paying customer and paying for delivery we should have a right to pick when it gets delivered like other companies. Asked for a refund but they said I would have to forfeit the money. They are disgusting to deal with and customer service is non existent.
How could I not love my Plush 🛋️ sofa!
It wasn’t easy to pick a new couch from the website but with careful consideration the sales team assisted me with height & width dimensions & I felt reassured for my purchase.
Waiting times were as they told me, 12 weeks or a tad longer.
The guys did a great job 👏 for me as my mobility isn’t wonderful and they did make my life easier. Many thanks Plush, another magnificent sofa to relax on!
Love Love Love the Bolton
We ordered our furniture through the Gepps Cross store, the staff were friendly and helpful, going over the different configurations available for the suite we wanted. The furniture was delivered yesterday, the delivery drivers were very polite and placed the furniture where we wanted it. We bought the Bolton suite and love it, the kids even left their rooms and spent the evening with us in the reclining arm chairs. Highly recommend.
The only thing I would change, it would be amazing if they took the packaging.

I already had a Plush chair so knew the quality of their products was very good. My new Cooper modular suite is extremely comfortable and I am very happy with it. The delivery team were on time and slick. On the off chance I ever need any more lounge furniture I will be back. 😁

Went to Plush for the first time…
Went to Plush for the first time yesterday and it certainly won't be the last. I had the deluxe pedicure with Ely and I can't recommend it enough. What was an added bonus was the very comfortable pedicure chairs. The salon itself gives off a very relaxed place to be. The staff are also very pleasant

DO NOT BUY FROM PLUSH
We were very excited to receive our new lounge, only to find it was delivered with blood stains on it from the delivery people - one of them obviously had a cut and bled on the lounge whilst bringing it into the house. We took photos and called Plush straight away to let them know, expecting apologies and a replacement sofa. That was 4 weeks ago. We have had nothing but the runaround from their overseas call centre. Every time we call the Fortitude Valley store we are told there’s nothing they can do because it has to be handled by the customer service team overseas. Even went back into the store to try and reason with them, but they would have nothing to do with it. Now they are saying it has to be assessed by a furniture cleaner and cleaned. Do they not understand how disgusting this is, having a sofa in our house with someone’s blood on it for the last month. We do not want a cleaned couch. We ordered and paid for a new sofa, and thats what we expect. Absolutely atrocious treatment, has ruined our experience. They obviously do not care about customer experience once they have made their sale.

Very disappointed with the sofa I purchased from Plush. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the significant amount I spent on the product.
First, when the sofa was delivered to me, it arrived with visible stains. I immediately contacted your team to request a replacement, expecting a new, undamaged item.
The second delivery was equally troubling. The sofa arrived without its original packaging, simply wrapped in cling wrap with the feet already attached. Not only did this feel unprofessional, but upon inspecting the sofa, I noticed further damage. The bottom of the sofa was torn, and the fabric had stains. The delivery person then informed me that I would have to accept "floor stock," which is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a new, pristine sofa—not a floor model.
Following this, someone from your team called to follow up and mentioned that the sofa had been steamed cleaned and repaired. I rejected this offer immediately because it was completely inappropriate. I did not purchase a sofa to have it cleaned and repaired—it should have arrived in perfect condition, as I paid full price for it, which was in the thousands.
This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. When purchasing such an expensive product, I expect high-quality service and a flawless item. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and frustrated, with no resolution in sight. I still haven't received my sofa yet which I already paid in full.
