Best customer service!!! High quality plunge! My wife and I use this on the regular.

The ordering process was easy. The unit came very quickly. We just used the unit yesterday and loved it. My wife is super happy!

The way you have to improve is the way how you are selling your product. The pucture you show is the tub a the chiller for 499.00 dollars. When you sent the email it say that the product comes in to packages and different orders numbers. Now you guys call me that the package is the tub for 499.00 dollars. In other words, i bought a piece of plastic for 499.00 american dollars. Practically this is an scam. A television high quality cost less that this piece of s.....

The tub is a good size and comfortable. The chiller works great and the set up was easy.

I’ve had a great experience with customer service after not receiving my original chiller from fedex, as customer service reached out and immediately replaced one and sent it to me free of charge. This seems to be a great company and I look forward to my experience with my new chiller and tub.

Game changer. Previously u used a basic stock tank. Got the long inflatable pro lung chill tub with chiller and wow. Setup was a breeze . Tub is spacious , rugged and comfy . Come with solid cover to keep it cool and degree out. And my favorite party is the easy to use chiller. Which keeps the water ice cold for every morning plunge. Love it!!!

Easy instructions for set up. I've tried 4 manufacturers and this was the best for that purpose and overall quality of product

I ordered the Plunge Chill max tub and chiller. I decided to upgraded to the pro tub. The max tub was still in transit so Plunge Chill was able to reroute the max tub back to them so I didnt have to bother with a return. They promptly shipped me the pro tub. Plunge Chill was super responsive to all my inquiries. Best customer service experience I have ever had.

It’s a great cold plunge tub. It’s a lot bigger than the tub I previously was using. I’m a big guy and this one fits me with ease. Only challenge I have now is it sits in the backyard and the chiller is fighting vs the California heat.

Received my Plunge Chill in the mail, it came perfect condition, just like the description, easy to set up & use! I love having it for wellness reasons, but even more so in the desert heat!! Highly recommend.

3 stars since I cannot honestly review the 1HP chiller as it arrived damaged (likely from shipping) and I wasn’t able to use it. So I had it returned.

I got the cold plunge tub and it’s the perfect size for me and was easy to build. It helps me achieve my fitness goals to soothe muscle soreness and recover faster.

Our back porch has a small slope. Before finding this plunge, we set up a foldable plunge we found really cheap online. That didn’t hold up to one session before the pvc supports started to bow and collapse. We started a new search and found plunge chill and the material is far superior and also came with input and output shut off valves. We are VERY happy with this purchase!

Placed the order and chiller arrived within 3 days! Very easy to install and had my water in the low 50’s within 10 hours. That was very refreshing in July in the South!!
