I purchased the chiller & Mac Tub on…
I purchased the chiller & Mac Tub on their 4th of July specials. Setup was easy and I’ve enjoyed using my plunge the last couple of months. Unfortunately, after emptying, washing it and setting it back up for the 3rd time, I had a leak on the bottom water inlet port (seems like uncommon accident & possible shipping damage). I emailed the support team and in under 24 hours they had a brand new tub shipped out to me under warranty. What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would highly recommend this company and their products!!

System is good
System is good, filter leaks a little bit. The only thing I think is the tub is just a little short. I’m only 5.10 175 and I can’t get my shoulders under other wise the water goes over the top.

I purchased the 1hp cold plunge chiller…
I purchased the 1hp cold plunge chiller + tub (pro). I received the tub without any issue, but the chiller was damaged in transit. I emailed plunge chill to let them know. The replied to my email the same day and already shipped out a new chiller, plus sent me a free filter kit because of the shipping issues I experienced. The tub is very sturdy and comfortable. You can hardly tell it’s inflatable. I’ve only been using it a week but everything seems to be high quality. The chiller is powerful and cooled the water down to 39 degrees (the temp I set it at) in about 8 hours. Once the set up was complete, I had some air in the line. I wasn’t able to get it out, even after following the instructions. I reached back out to plunge chill explaining the issue I was having. I received a very detailed and thorough response the same day. They helped me troubleshoot the issue. We determined that the release valve on top of the filter needed to be tightened. After tightening it, and releasing the air in the line, everything functioned the way it should. Customer service is top notch. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great after sale support
Worked great when I first got it, the benefits from using it were almost immediate. I accidentally broke a hose trying to fix an issue I was having - chiller would not read the correct temperature and therefore not cool. I messaged the support team and not only did they send a complimentary replacement, they sent me a spare and made sure everything was back in working condition. Really happy with the product so far!

Right out of the box
I have been cold plunging for about a year. Wanted to trade up my 1/3 hp unit for a one horsepower unit. Went through three other companies for the replacement not one of them worked more than one month out of the box. This one works right out of the box and performs better than I imagined.
