I got a quick response that was helpful and informative.

Website was clear and easy to navigate. Shipment was really fast. Setup was a bit harder than expected (instructions were clear, actually doing it and making it absolutely leak-proof was the challenge). We couldn't make one of the setting adjustments work correctly - support was fast (less than 12 hours for email response) and provided clear troubleshooting guidelines and a video.

The unit sets up easy even with one person. It seems sturdy and well built.

The chiller is to small and it takes a long time to cool the water. Outside temps above 90 it cant keep the water cool much below 60 deg. I have had the unit for less than two weeks and the chiller is already not chilling at all. I have not been able to find a good resource online to trouble shoot.

Update: I went to the companies web page at 9:30 PM and asked for help. I was immediately offered a video call to trouble shoot the problem. In the end I reset the unit and it is working fine! Very good customer service.

Great cold plunge the XL tub fits me with plenty of room you could even get two smaller people in here. I have mine outside baking in the Summer sun and it stays right around 50-51 my setting is on 48 it does dip down in the evening time when it cools off the sun is literally cooking the water but it is able to keep it nice and chilly now if it's indoors your temperature would hold a lot better at lower degrees. I really enjoy cold plunging pre-workout I cold plunge 48 to 50° for 6 minutes get out dry off warm my body temperature back up with squats and push-ups and then I head into my workout refreshed. The feeling you get after cold plunging keeps you coming back that initial 15-second shock does hit hard but the after effects are so beautiful overall great company great chiller great tub.

I am a high school basketball coach, and we are training 6 days a week in the hot summertime. Plunge chill has not only helped them recover and perform better, but it’s also strengthened our team chemistry. Cold plunging is a great bonding experience and the Plunge Chill is the best one I’ve found

After doing quite a bit of research, we chose this product for our sports medicine practice. When our chiller arrived, there was a part missing for the pump. One quick email to customer service and they put the part in the mail. Crazy thing, when the box got here, it was empty.The part had fallen out! Another email to customer service and they graciously offered us a refund for the difference of a pump and shared a link to purchase it on Amazon. The product works perfectly.We have it set up with a bathtub. Up and running and cooling in under five minutes. But the customer service was stellar.

Great product and customer service! This plunge is large enough for me, I’m 6’1” and can sit comfortably inside. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on plunges but the truth is you don’t need a fancy plunge, cooler or barrel to sit in cold water. The set up is simple. We like it enough, we’ve decided to order the chiller attachment.

I grabbed the Plunge Chill Max, which is a larger Tub size; as I already have a barrel size pod and chiller. My goal was to test something out that has more room to stretch my legs out, and still won't break the bank.
First off, this is a great size tub, I'm really enjoying the additional space. It was super easy to setup, and is already partially assembled in the box. The 7 layer wall construction is an upgrade over most tubs at this price point, it adds a bit of insulation and a ton of durability. I'm personally 3 years into cold plunging and had upgraded to a chiller after 2 months. This tub has chiller hook ups (in/out valves), so when you decide this is something you want to invest more in later, you have that option.
It doesn't come with a thermometer, which is good; I found one online that is solar powered, still really affordable, but way better than what is included in some plunges.
If you're looking to try out plunging, start here then grab a chiller once your committed--eventually it is more practical (and consistent) than buying bags of ice. You don't need a $3k+ setup just to sit in cold water!
The CS team at Plunge Chill seems really on top of it, good outfit that should be around for awhile.

The box my chiller came in had obviously been dropped, maybe more than once by FedEx. I was instructed to try it and sure enough it’s not working. Plungechill customer service has been fast, polite, and has already sent a replacement. This is possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have won me over.

The company put the wrong address on accident on one of the packages and they immediately contacted me to figure out why I didn't receive my package. To me that's excellent customer service and I really appreciate it.

Super high quality ice bath for the price it’s offered at. But even more amazing was all the extra accessories that came with it! I wasn’t expecting that so I was pleasantly surprised :)

Just received my Plunge Chill Pro and couldn’t wait to test it out. Can’t believe this is so easily portable and takes minutes to set up. Cold water and a few bags of ice and I was set. So many benefits for my recovery between training sessions. Drains easily and you can break it down or just lift and move. No regrets whatsoever.

I've been using the plunge chill for a few months. Set up was easy and the product worked great. I use it outdoors in Texas so the chiller is a work horse and the tub holds up to the elements. The best part is I had some maintenance questions and the customer support responded instantly on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. They sent follow ups and everything. I'm very impressed by the company.

In addition, I had a previous cold plunge- Black Ice and it died less than 1 year. It would cost more to replace one part so I bought the Plunge Chill and I am very happy with it. I

I could not be more pleased with the speed of delivery and the ease of setup of my chiller unit. The operation and setting the desired temperature could not be more simple. My only criticism is that the temperature that the unit is set to and displays does not match the physical water temperature gauge I have in my tub. My thermometer shows a temperature about 9 degrees colder than the unit displays. This difference has been consistent so setting the desired temperature with that in mind if simple. I just wish the display was more accurate.
