Such an amazing experience! I wish I could give this review more than five stars. Communication over email was done in an extremely timely manner, with every question answered in detail! They listened to all of my requests/wants and even gave me some suggestions for my rings that worked out perfectly! I cannot praise this business enough! And I can't even begin to explain how beautiful my rings are!

Renee and Kristy were beyond helpful and made me feel so supported during the process. They were very patient with me and helped me make the perfect custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. They were also very genuine and honest with their recommendations and truly explained every step of the way in a way where I felt I understood what I was deiciding on and it's importance. When I had concerns about the arrival date of the shipping, they waited for me to confirm before moving along. The packaging was excellent and included lots of information about the diamond as well as the complimentary services.

These women know what they are doing , I trusted them to build me an engagement ring and they knocked it out of the park . Quality and professionalism was beyond my expectations. Very happy I chose them . They also went out of their way to get back to me with an issue with a diamond that I chose that wasn’t up to par (dull) when they received it. They could have used it in the build anyway but instead let me know the issue if I wanted to proceed or choose a different diamond to my liking since a sparkly shine was what I was after. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for my online jewelry needs .
