I ordered the wrong pipe covers, should have been 1/2" and I order 3/4". Contacted customer service and explained and they have agreed to replace free of charge, even though the ones I need are £1 each more and of course there's the postage cost too. Absolutely fantastic service I am so grateful.

So, had a really tricky plumbing issue in the downstairs toilet. In the process of changing a block tap to an IKEA tap, the tap tail on the IKEA tap was too short. Normally M10 size, weirdly I subsequently learned that IKEA use M8 tap tails. Having searched in the normal places (Screwfix, Toolstation, B&Q, Amazon etc), not only was it hard to find an M8 tap tail, it was impossible to find one that was 80cm long. After some further searching stumbled on Plumbing4Home where they had a wide range of lengths of M8 Tap Tails. Hallelujah, well done Plumbing4Home and delivered on time👍

Bought a tap aerator that I’d measured as correct size diameter. However, doesn’t fit the thread size of my kitchen tap. No useful adapter came with the aerator unlike other stockists.

So much plastic that looks shiny for a few months.

Good communication but no actual help from emails.

Ordered what I call a tap swirler for my kitchen tap late on Friday night. Order delivered to Northern Ireland this morning (Thursday). Exactly what I needed, does a great job and looks good too. Going to order another for utility room.

I had to return the part I ordered though no fault from plumbing4home. The return was straightforward and customer service was excellent with emails from them polite and courteous. Would definitely buy from them again

I ordered a tap aerator nozzle but got the size wrong (should have read the sizing guide on their website more carefully!). I sent the item back and they exchanged it extremely promptly and efficiently, sending the replacement post-free like the first item. Highly recommended for any plumbing items.

They sent the item to the wrong address. It defaulted to an old address despite me changing the billing address to the current address. Despite me notifying them and asking them politely to change the delivery address (this within a few minutes of the notification), they refused to change the delivery address and the incorrect address was 20 mile from where I lived. They could have simply changed the address on the parcel (I don’t believe it had already been collected by 2pm). The response was rude, short and unhelpful. I'll make sure I never use this company again.

The item, a tap aerator, arrived quickly and is high quality, what makes this Company different is that on their web-site, the actual thread size (M20 in my case) was specified! I have bought several from other sellers and they only mention the outside diameter of the fitting - useless information! Well done Plumbing4Home!!!!

I recently had a new tap installed in my bathroom basin but the Airator wasn’t adjustable (not from this company) I could find the adjustable one I wanted anywhere but I found one from this company which I ordered and was delivered next day and was perfect for my needs 👍

Fast delivery of tap Spout Replacement although when fitted, the screw thread appeared to be oversized and even with washer in place, water started to pour out of the top.

Requested details for refund and was advised that item needed to be returned (at my expense) and needed to be in a 'new condition' or refusal of return, or partial refund might be offered.

So it's not in a new condition as part is fitted, and faulty. So expecting a refusal or part refund. By the time I factor in postage, and my time, I'm better off going to another supplier and not bothering to chase this one.

Have already accepted defeat and won't use again.

A very unhelpful response from Customer Service and almost seeing the outcome with their choice of wording...
