I recently placed a large order for my garden renovation with JW Grants Maryhill depot in Glasgow. I dealt with Jamie who was very accommodating and nothing was an issue even though I changed my mind multiple times before finalising an order and quote, everything arrived exactly when Jamie said it would and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received. Highly recommend.

We used JW Grant as a provider for Symphony Kitchens in which their ‘kitchen specialist’ came out to measure our kitchen and sent recommended appliances to fit correctly for what we requested. From their advice and guidance as a specialist, we now have a kitchen and appliances that can’t be installed correctly leaving us out of pocket to rectify the problem. They have eventually agreed a refund of the units purchased by them, but it does not cover the loss of costs on the appliances and the joiner who was unable to fulfil the job due to there incompetence. Instead they told us you aren’t at a loss of money. Would never use this company again and recommend others to avoid. A stressful, expensive error caused by a so called professional at this company.

Great as always. Only criticism is 3m plasterboard advertised but not available.

I only needed 2m of timber, they sold in 4.2m lengths which was fine, having my car it would not fit, the guys got the wood and hand cut it for me to fit in the car. very helpful from start to finish. great experience and friendly. Great job

Ordered product online as 1mr x 6 lengths when i went to the yard it was 2x 4.8mr. As I only have a saloon car I had to saw up the product to get into my car. Why sell online in metre lengths when it's 4.8

Good price and helpful staff. The only negative was the fact that the length of wood which I ordered and paid for online was not in stock. However, the staff made up for that inconvenience by providing a slightly longer length at the price I had already paid.
