PlumbinBits Recensioni

Ordered Sunday, order received Monday, part delivered Tuesday.
Great price and hassle free purchase.
I would highly recommend.

All good, great price, swiftly delevered.

The service from these guys is fantastic. Ordered some parts 11.00 Friday morning and they were on my doorstep 10.30 Saturday morning at a price lower than I could get locally. 100% perfect.
No other words except THANKS !!

I rarely leave feedback on here but feel compelled to shout about the quality service offered by Plumbinbits.

We’ve a toilet that’s been causing us havoc for ages. Tried everywhere to source the part I assumed was required (to say I have limited plumbing knowledge would be doing the word limited a disservice), before happening across your site. Instantly found the flush valve I was after, and at a price that seemed to be way, way below the competitors. Part was dispatched same day and with me the next.
Fantastic company and will be recommending you to all who ask.

Many thanks!

Fantastic customer care and service.
Ordered a toilet lid which had 1 broken part, and needed it fitting ahead of a house gathering.

I was able to submit the photo online while on the phone to Dave, who sorted out a next day replacement there and then, and clearly showed the importance of resolving the issue (this doesn’t typically happen while you’re on the phone to a company).

Good prices when compared to direct from the manufacturer.

Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, delivery and price of our replacement ESI wireless stat and receiver set. Arrived much quicker than expected and now installed, fabulous supplier!
Certainly our go to supplier from now on !

Great service, reasonable prices compared to market place . parts ordered wrapped and posted with care , will use this company again without hesitation recommend.

Thank you very much to Dave who was knowledgeable professional exceptionally helpful when I rang regarding an Aqualisa Shower Cartridge

Total
Celmac Adult A Crescent Gap Front Single Flap Toilet Seat Steel Hinges Black SCR53BL × 1
Faulty hinge broken
Told in email I am sorry, the seat are very sturdy but will not withstand impact damage if something is dropped on them, I will send this to celmac with the images
Not sure how they have come up with this I'm baffled instead of dealing with the broken seat. Not good

I ordered a small part which was faulty and I had to ask for a refund straight away. I was impressed by how quickly they responded and processed the refund. Great service!

Ordered shower fixings on Wednesday morning, arrived Thursday morning using Royal Mail.
Will use again.

Exemplary Customer Service

A Heritage toilet seat that I bought from them had to be returned because it wouldn't fit the pan. This was despite Heritage assuring me it would. I now have a full refund and all was dealt with very efficiently.

It is when things go wrong (even though it wasn't Plumbinbits fault) that you measure how good customer service is.

I ordered a replacement toilet seat late afternoon on 20 December. The package arrived 10am on 22 December. Fitted in 15 mins and I now have a functioning toilet in time for Christmas. Thank you.

Delivery mishap says it was delivered according to the delivery company, but not arrived. Talked to PlumbingBits, they sent out a copy of original items ordered which was a big order of toilet doghnuts came a couple days later no problem thanks so much even though we know it was100% a courrier issue. Very much apprectiated,

Joe

Products supplied were as ordered and dispatched quickly. The prices are reasonable and the spares range and stock levels are excellent. Have just placed my third order refurbishing yet another toilet! Highly recommend PlumbinBits.

Easy ordering (website). Good pricing. Order confirmation rec'd. Shipping confirmation rec'd. Order delivered exactly on time (DPD).

Ordered a plumbing item on Ebay 14 Days later still not received and now gone missing. Ordered Honeywell Y Plan at Puminbits on Wed delivered Fri by DPD Text from DPD with day delivery and 1 hour time slot. Excellent service Excellent price and excellent delivery

I bought a Heritage soft close wc hinge which unfortunately developed a fault. After sending a video of the fault, PlumbinBits immediately contacted Heritage who agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately this took some weeks to arrive and, after a few chases (hence 4 and not 5 stars) with Heritage still having not sent a new part to PlumbinBits, they agreed to send a new replacement rather than wait any longer. Overall a good service, marred slightly by the time delay.

ordered a new replacement syphon for a cistern, arrived on time and worked.

PlumbinBits once again proved to be very reliable - sending the right product, at the right price and sending it quickly! I'll be back!
