I just ordered some additional cards for my employees. The avarage monthly spending through our card is around 30-40k £ and I swear the way they provide customer service is like prepaid top up telephone cards. I had some issues with the card orders, I have tried multiple times to reach them and there is no way you can connect to someone real. There is no phone number either. It takes half an hour to explain one simple thing. Great product without a support, they have to have a customer support line for sure

Easily take pictures of my expense receipts - given reason for the spend and put them onto Pleo and how easy is that, anyone can do that. All expenses done in no time.

Pleo have had funds held for a month. Unable to withdraw, pay invoices or use card. They claim it is technical issue and would be resolved within 15 days.
Now a month in and still not fixed or any proper update.
But pleo have no issues when comes to taking they're monthly subscription fee. No technical issues with that side. They take money with ease.
If could give zero stars I would

Still unable to use my account yet PLEO have managed to take out they're montly subscription fee from my balance with no issues at all.
Absolute pathetic excuses from Support and constant lies.

weeks and weeks elapse, and they have yet to review our documents so we can start to use the service. Numerous conversations with customer service agents...."we're looking into it...very sorry"

I mean it just makes expenses 1000% easier. Before my Pleo, it was constant AMEX backlogging, receipt hoarding and a sometimes lengthy repayment process internally.
With my Pleo, it is instantaneous expense management and a way for both me and the company to in real time understand what is being spent and where.
I find it particularly useful when travelling to events as you can, in one place, understand the breakdown of what a trip has cost. From travel to food, from supplies to entertaining.
Couldn't go back to the old way now!

Have heard good feedback from clients who use this, and as an accountant can confirm the platform has good intergrations with Xero.

Not impressed with this company. I wanted to close my account due to the £45.00 monthly fee. We needed a prepaid credit card for one of my staff to use. Fees just suddenly appeared. I tried emailing, but there was no response. I tried using the Close Account option online within the portal, but it doesn't work. I tried "chat to us", which also doesn't work. Generally, this company needs to get its act together, and I either start responding to their customers or close their doors. Don't ignore valuable customers.

Good and easy to use. Overall a great platform to manage business expenditure, keeping it up to date in real time and avoiding the nee to collate receipt hard copies!
