Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever from a banking institution. You are either using AI/bots for customer service, or truly useless human beings. Thankyou for contributing to the dystopian hellscape that is modern technology.

Great Job, Nicklas!

My customer service rep was Nicklas. He was an exceptional person to work with. He always responded in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. He also outlined the dispute process in detailed and provided clear instructions and advise on how I could win my case, which I did. I appreciate all of his efforts!

I love pleo!

I love Pleo! The card and the app speak to each other efficiently. It's easy to use & easy to navigate when managing multiple teams and companies. Everytime I need help, customer services are quick to reach and very quick to resolve any issues. They seem to be really knowledgeable in their roles not to mention, it's a very friendly experience every time. Would definitely recommend and use!

Very easy to use and great for making sure receipts are stored correctly. Customer service is fast and very helpful.

Fantastic help from James OC in Support…

Fantastic help from James OC in Support when a change on our email accounts caused some issues. James was immediately keen to get things resolved quickly, gave me a clear plan and assured me that our issue was being treated with priority. After a couple of test runs James sent an email advising he had located and fixed the issue and all was resolved. Great service, communications and a speedy resolution - many thanks James!

I have tried calling their number…

I have tried calling their number multiple times and it just hangs up even when i have asked to remain in the queue.
the Chat bot service elicits no response and the send a message doesnt work
What sort of a half-assed company is this?

Not great service

As a small charity we were looking for a way to better log our expenses, Pleo sadly was not the best choice. After topping up our account ready to use, we had a small number of transactions and then our account was wiped of all the funds. There was no phone number to contact and then after emailing, they froze the account and then shut down our account. After emails trying to chase the trail of what happened over several months, they then informed us it was too late to put in a claim to Mastercard (a process which hadn't been explained). In fairness, they might be better for larger organisations and the cards did arrive very quickly. Sadly we are still out of pocket, and this impacts our projects.

Fraud dealt with

Josef dealt with 2 fraudulents transactions, thankfully we got all the mnoies back though one took ages thanks to Ebay terms.

Great time saving tool

Switching from using a traditional company credit card to Pleo has reduced our admin greatly.
Pleo is very user friendly, easy to navigate and has some great features to reduce admin time further, for example vendor cards, bulk edit and fetch.
The chat function on Pleo has been excellent as we've found our feet and any questions we've had, have been answered quickly and helpfully by their friendly team.
We use Pleo across four of our companies and highly recommend.

Great for user, not so clear for admin

Think the app is great if you're just a user, but for admin it's not clear or easy to view purchases which have queries with receipts etc. They seem to disappear

Very good service

Very good service. Great credit card (Top up) links directly to Xero. Easy to pull through receipts and expenses. Also easy to code and link to departments.
