Bought an Intex Twin Paddle Mixer

Bought an Intex mixer, did not work properly, advised to send back and “they would take care of it”, they then tried to tell me it was ok and “ what do you want us to do about it?” Intex eventually said it was faulty and I did eventually get my refund BUT NOT THE $60 that it cost me to ship it back. Very disappointed.

I have had good experience with plastering supplies a few years ago but don’t understand why I’m getting an email about my current purchase that doesn’t actually exist, I haven’t bought anything for about three years!!!
