As an Insurance Broker we sadly do not get to set the prices we sell. We can sometimes push insurers for discounts, however ultimately the pricing is set by them. But we do appreciate your comments around our customer service.

Great Service From Plan
I have just received my renewal from Plan Insurance Brokers, once again they manage to tick all the boxes and get me the best deal possible.
Customer services is great the advisor that helped me on this occasion was Matt R who was very professional and courteous, taking the time to explain the policy to me, its good to deal with a friendly and professional company.

I decided to keep the cab for social and domestic purposes only.

I used plan insurance when I purchased a black cab, unfortunately the cab was no good so had to cancel insurance and plan insurance handled everything professionally
