I've been with Plan for 3 years, and I find them helpful and obliging and they understand the needs of the taxi trade. The newsletters are a nice touch as well

Best experience for buying motor trade…
Best experience for buying motor trade insurance. Usually find it hard work sorting out but James was helpful and understanding of my requirements. Came back with a quote on same call (I’m still waiting for some companies to come back to me!). Quote was very competitive and on a like for like policy was saving me over £500 compared to my renewal quote. Nobody matched the quote or the service. Here’s hoping it’s as good next year.

Whilst we appreciate your frustrations, we act as the broker and this request was not from us, it was made by the insurers of your policy. As a result, we have to act upon their instructions to make this request for supporting evidence.
