Lauren S contacted me after I had put details into a comparison site. She was friendly, very helpful and spoke clearly. Everything was explained well and made sense!
I rang back to take up the quote a few days later. Sadly after holding on for an hour and a half I gave up. Next minute Lauren was ringing me as I had sent an email while I was waiting! She had also rung while I was on hold but obviously didn’t get hold of me. We completed everything in a short time. The confirmation emails and documents all arrived within minutes. Lovely girl, knew her stuff and was very thorough.

The price was competitive , the interaction on the phone with the lovely Katie was first class. She almost made parting with money enjoyable.

The service I received from Megan Finch was excellent .I needed a copy of my insurance cert and thought stand by for confusion and cant help you statements that I have received from other companies
This was not the case with Plan insurance. Megan who took the call dealt with it very quickly and emailed me a copy within minutes. Outstanding service, I wish other companies were so efficient life would be so much easier. Thanks again

I buy and sell small automatic cars and Classic Cars. As I am a sole trader I find it easier and more time efficient to add / delete these from my MID by email. I would specifically like to compliment Megan Finch for the speed and efficiency of her response.
