We do understand that at times our customers have been having difficulties trying to get through on the phone.
Sadly, this is due to staff working from home and the local area suffering from internet/connection issues. We are looking into contingency solutions to help in these situations.
In the short term, if you do not need to contact us again do not wish to hold, we do have a free call back service you can access via our website.
