We are still getting used to PlanHero, so it is a little early to give a full review. Initial experience with support cannot be beat. 6 ****** out of a possible 5.

Terrific and intuitive design. It's easy to navigate and not cluttered. I'm a professional photographer and I use this for client mini-session signups and photography event signups. It fits my aesthetic and works flawlessly for what I need. Other sites were frankly, ugly and made it too difficult to create a simple signup.

So easy, looks good, and we got Christmas Gifts for 50+ kids in less than 3 hours.

I work for a nonprofit and I've used various other websites for sign up forms for volunteer and food donation lists. With other sites, we were met with limited word counts for items, not having the ability to duplicate lists for multiple days and the overall display of the websites were unappealing and covered with ads. As such, I was so happy to find PlanHero. Their website is very easy to use and it is sleek and professional looking. The design makes it easy for donors or volunteers to sign up for our requests.

I do wish is that they worked with Square and PayPal for their payment services as those are the most commonly used and their processing fees are more affordable. I just can't justify signing up for a third payment processing platform, especially given that Swipe seems to charge quite a bit more and as a nonprofit, every dollar counts. It would also be nice to have the option to respond to comments on sign ups so that we could respond to questions through them.

Update: I'm updating my review from 4 to 5 stars based simply on the fact that they responded so quickly to my review and are looking into my recommendations. I can tell that this site is managed by people who care about the customer's experience. Thanks!

I was so grateful to find a site that was easy to use to set up a 24 hour prayer vigil for a family member. There was even a tutorial video! Thank you!

I used this website to create a sign up for a multi-day, event with multiple different activities, locations, and time slots every day, and it worked very well. Creating the signup is very intuitive and edits are quick and easy. I love that volunteers were able to create an account and can go back and edit anything they've signed up for. I also love the reminder feature. The only trouble I ran into was that several volunteers had trouble signing up for time slots because of a couple odd glitches. I'm not sure what the issue was because most could use it just fine. It was easy enough to go in and sign them up manually though.

One of the best side is tech support. I had problems but they solved it very fast...
