The sign up has been easy to share and I appreciate the compilation of participants’ info so I can thank them for their participation and give them updates!

Fantastic customer support! They were prompt and you can actually speak to a human—immediately in my case. I was trying to stretch the form to cover a variety of purposes in a single event and they presented a couple of different options for me. They continued to support me with my many follow up questions. Total thumbs up!

We usually use Sign Up Genius, but decided to give this a try. It seemed to be a little more simple and straight forward. As a church, we mainly are looking to create a list of needed items for particular events, and allow our folks to see at a glance what is still needed. In that light, the only thing that is difficult for us with either of these programs is the designated date feature. Just need to have a list of items and who will bring them. PlanHero worked well for our needs and we have been pleased that our membership is able to log in to see where we're at with our needs before they make their purchases.

PlanHero's support in amazing. They sent videos of how to do my requested tasks, on my actual event page, very quickly. I do find the UI confusing at times, could use tips while hovering over icons, and I wish I could use my own graphics.

We love Plan Hero for our organization. By far better than sign up genius!!

Really happy with using PlanHero as an easy to navigate feature rich ad free option for our parent volunteers. The communication tools are great and I love the option to opt into text messages.

Customer Support is phenomenal. The company stands behind their product and does what is needed to make it work in every situation.

This is a great basic signup platform that offers some of the bigger ticketed options at a fraction of the cost. The main feature we wanted was a landing page, but those cost a lot on the larger brands. While you don't get the customization and design features as some of the other brands, you do get a simple, easy-to use signup space that is inexpensive. We found it to be a great fit for our non-profit and the customer service is very fast and very helpful.

The folks at PlanHero have gone above and beyond to make solutions that work to connect more people into our collaborative projects. I've found more features and customizations than other solutions I looked at. Thank you!

This platform is not ready for prime time.

Plan Hero is my hero. I use this app in probably a more unconventional way than most users. My family and I use it to cover babysitting/Hangout Buddy time with my toddler.
Due to my husband and my work schedules there regularly a few hours each week that need to be covered and we are blessed to have plenty of family nearby that love to spend time with her.
I create a signup schedule each month, send out the link to any family members that want to be included, and everyone gets a chance to look it over and claim a spot. It has been especially useful for days my husband and I are out of town and there are several full days and overnights to work out.
It’s such a relief to spend a few minutes each month planning out the days for the next one, and knowing all I have to do is send a link to get it covered instead of having to call around and play telephone to get things worked out.
This app is well managed, easy to use, and a true life-saver for this mom’s sanity. I’ve been highly impressed with the personal experience I’ve received any time I needed help with some part of the app or just a general overview of new bells and whistles.

It was a little different than what I hoped, especially for what I was using it for, but I made it work and sign up went smooth! I recommend this for your next event or party to keep things organized.
