i was sent hemp/cbd oil and lavender cbd salve. i like the cream! it melts into an oil base and feels really nice on my eczema. the oil is ok. i put it in my coffee or smoothies

Extremely Slow Shipping
Response to their reply: I'm aware now of your lead time and won't be ordering from you directly again. I'm going back to my regular store. You're a bit cheaper but this is taking a ridiculously long time for a $12 shipping fee. If $12 gets an order in my hand in 7 days, I would hate to see how long it takes y'all to fulfill under your "free" shipping. Anywhere else, that would have gotten me 2 Day Air, I see you sent is 3 - 5 Day Ground. That's the free option, isn't it? So I paid $12 extra for absolutely nothing & from the tone of your reply, that's apparently what y'all consider normal. For the record, it was shipped in 2 business days and USPS is showing it's expected on the 26th, so y'all couldn't even get that right. I won't be back.

I paid almost $12 extra for expedited shipping - I would think that makes it obvious this should have been a RUSH order. Instead I'm sitting here over 48 hours later and it hasn't even been given to USPS to ship yet - just a label created. If I had any idea your shipping was this slow, I would have ordered elsewhere. First time buying directly from Plain Jane & seriously NOT impressed.

Your order was shipped after 1 business day, on July 22, and is currently on track for delivery by July 25, which is within the expected timeframe. Additionally, please note that shipping carriers can take 24–48 hours to update tracking information after the label is created.
