This Is a fraudulent company that does not ring up your products as bogo! They do not offer accurate refunds & you do not get what is advertised online! Avoid at all cost! Save your money & Customers service is very unprofessional and will not help you, but they know that they're wrong.That's why they offered me a twenty dollar credit instead of a twenty dollar refund! Never again!

Although your order did not qualify for a full refund under our policy, we still offered a $20 store credit as a courtesy to help resolve the issue. We never intend to mislead our customers and always do our best to provide fair support and clear communication.

Did Plain Jane change owners?
Did Plain Jane change owners? Because, it has been a while since my last purchase and on 420 I took advantage of the promos and stuff. And my package took almost 3 weeks to arrive and that packaging was awful. It was not the same as always. Since the moment the order was taking so long, I was skeptical because they never take so long and now that I received the package it was just awful. What happened?
The only thing that comes to mind is they changed administration or something. Products kinda look the same, but I'm not sure anymore. It's a little bit of a disappointment

However, during our 4/20 promotion, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than usual, which unfortunately caused longer processing and shipping times for some customers.

Browsing and looking at the products was ok I guess. But if you are a REAL smoker, this WILL NOT cut it for you. I would get this for my very old grandmother, but even she might not feel anything.

AVAILABILITY GONE WRONG
The CBD advertised on the website is rarely available. So if you find what you want and it’s available, buy it up. There is no customer service to inquire about availability of CBD, only an answering machine. But, good weed.

Plain Jane says that they’re bud is…
Plain Jane says that they’re bud is tested for purity and safety, they list that on their site multiple times. But when you really look at the coa’s, they in fact do not test for safety and only test for purity not for contaminants etc. if you’re going to buy flower from somewhere please make sure that they have transparent coa’s that CLEARLY show that it’s been thoroughly tested. Plain Jane does not test for contaminants you have no idea what you’re putting in your body at that point. Very lucrative business practice.

All Plain Jane hemp flower is third-party lab tested, and current COAs are available on our site for customer review. At this time, our flower is tested for cannabinoid potency and regulatory compliance. A full panel safety test is currently pending, and updated COAs will be posted as soon as those results are finalized.
We always encourage customers to review COAs and contact our support team with any questions about specific batches.

Got the indoor Kush cake
Got the indoor Kush cake, indoor orange gas, and the indoor jelly donut. All three of these indoor strains were incredibly dry basically fall apart when you touch them not sticky at all definitely not fresh. I have had outdoor CBD that was 10 times better and much more affordable. It claims to be premium hemp flower. but that is a very bold claim, and the standards do not match the quality of this flower. wish I would’ve saved my money and bought elsewhere.

Sadly Disappointed
I placed my first order for several offerings of the flower. After receiving the order I sampled one of them. I got nothing from it. I tried to give the others a sample, one by one, again...nothing. Of the 5 different choice I made, they all were too harsh for me and simply had no effect. The buds look nothing like the pictures on their website. All the buds are a dark, dark brown and very dry. The flavor is rank as well. I'm very disappointed in my purchase and won't be back. I tossed it in the garbage last night. 80 bucks wasted!

Bubba kush
Bought an ounce of bubba kushand there was a rock in the bag... How do you get a rock in the bag.
Edit: their solution was I had to have the shipping label to have the issue resolved. I obviously don't have the shipping label, well one because it's CBD and two who has ever had to look for a rock in their CBD bag. No help from Plain Jane so I will never be shopping their again.

Two items were wrong
Two items were wrong. This is the third time I've been sent the wrong thing and I didn't complain the first two times but this makes twice in less than a year so I'm seeing what looks like a growing issue.
