Second time to buy from this company, but last time was very bad in 2 things after i paid i didn't know when my delivery exactly and i waited 8 days to get my oven, second problem i asked to get invoice 4 times i never had answer for that, otherwise all good

Very happy with the speed of delivery from Pizzaunited - very easy process. Love our Elitalia Pizza Napoli - the only reason for the 4 stars is the lid which is hard to "click" up when trying to get pizza in/out - but would definitely recommend.

The best indoor pizza oven! I have an outdoor oven and the pizzas are nearly as good. Quick to get to temperature, quick to cook, perfect crust and the most delicious pizza. Takes a few goes to perfect but very happy with it.

I have bought and I was not happy with and wanted to return it back, they have said they can't refund my money back, which is very disappointing

I purchased an effeuno oven and under a year after the purchase, the oven would shut down when cooking for long enough. Contacted pizza united and after having to chase it up, they thought it could be a thermostat that had blown off and sent over a replacement security thermostat for me to fit. Since to recreate the problem you have to be cooking for long enough, it seemed as if the problem had been resolved, but a few months later this dreading problem happened again, ruining my cooking sessions. I contacted them once again, just to find a I will call you message on facebook messenger, I let them know I moved out of the UK so I just got ghosted. Since there´s a fuse at the back of the oven that resets the thermostat, I could keep using my oven just by waiting for 5 min when it shuts down and the using this button to reset the thermostat. This meant I waited another year till I have had enough, oven was not cheap at all. I messaged them raising up the problme, and they asked me to pay for the replacement thermostat, this time 3 of them and when I complained they said the best they could do is split the cost. This is not cheap at all, 230gbp plus delivery and import duties, this does not seem fair at all since the issue happened first within warranty period, 2 years I believe in the UK. I´ve been let down by the team and left with a really nice oven in which you just have 30 min to cook as if I had I time slot to cook.

Great company with good customer service. I ordered my dough box just as they were closing for holidays. It wasn’t an urgent order and it arrived promptly the day after they returned. Well, packaged and a lovely personal message on the box😁

Love my new madia. Easy to use and clean and looks beautiful. Had a small leak in one of the corners that seems to have cured itself on its second use.
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

At point of ordering I was told that due to a public holiday there would be a delay in delivery, the staff were clear and and honest in forecasting new date, which arrived to the day by express delivery.
This my first dealings with this company and I can wholeheartedly recommend it,

I love my new pizza oven. I’ve cooked Nan breads, Focaccia and getting used to rolling out my pizza dough. Worth every penny.

I couldn’t be happier with my new pizza express oven. It works exactly as advertised, cooking a perfect pizza with 4-5 minutes. The shipping process was great, the company reached out to me to let me know they were on annual leave when I placed my order but they overnighted my oven the day they returned. It was with the wait!

Great communication and service. Package even came with a little handwritten note!
